Bump come on niggers
High Energy
I wonder what happened?
What model reactor is this particular plant?
Oh, this thing is just a pile of shit.
The religion of peace
Wasn't a guard recently killed and his security pass stolen?
What can realistically happen after this? Are we talking full meltdown catastrophe or just a whole lotta nothing?
Nothing.
Nuke plants have many redundant safety features that will cause them to automatically shut down.
Such "trips" happen in nuke plants more often than natural gas or coal plants because of the safety features themselves.
A nuke plant tripping and shutting down in the auxiliary systems is not a happening.
Not a happening.
Nice joke, it is still going at Chernobyl lol
...
...
It could be a terrorist attempt, it could be an accident, it could be nothing.
All they do is use a dump load to heat water, and recycle the energy using steam turbines. It's a giant kettle!
"incident"
**In December 2015, police found that a camera had been set up outside the house of a SCK•CEN nuclear researcher to track their movements.[15][16] Seven people had their access to the Tihange and Doel facilities revoked after the 2016 Brussels police raids in March 2016,[17] and during the 2016 Brussels bombings, the Tihange and Doel Nuclear Power Station facilities evacuated non-essential personnel.[18]
On 25 March 2016, a G4S security guard for the National Institute of Radio-elements (IRE) in Fleurus died in a shooting when he walked with his dog in Charleroi.[19][20] His security cards were stolen.[21][22][23] The cards, which give access to nuclear sites in Belgium, were deactivated shortly after the killing was discovered.[24][25] Belgium denied that the guard's death was terror related.[26]
Labour unions' actions[edit]
On April 12 2016, members of labour unions blocked access to the nuclear power station over longstanding complaints about business operations. Only staff in direct control of the reactors and soldiers for surveillance were admitted. Members of management, administration, maintenance and external staff was stopped, to the surprise of the Executive Board, which announced negotiations later that day.[27]**

looks like the workers are looking to start a civil war by engaging in constant nussaince making which is an A+ strategy for a guerrilla war, or the marxist kikes are making it look like that are behind a sabotage.
This is some "nuclear technology is not real" type retardation?
I'M A LITTLE TEAPOT SHORT AND STOUT
HERE IS MY HANDLE, HERE IS MY SPOUT
WHEN I GET ALL STEAMED UP, HEAR ME SHOUT
GAS THE KIKES AND RACE WAR NOW
One thing the kikes are good at.. repackaging something into a box that is more expensive.
It's fucking nothing.
Don't be the boy who cried happening.
Kek, that is so catchy.
Where's the
KABLOOEY
They are a non country after all.
How can you be so stupid, and still be computer literate?
Almost all electricity is made by spinning a copper coil inside a magnet. The larger the coil and magnets are, the more power you generate.
Steam driven turbines are the most common form of power generation. Hydroelectric is second.
Nuclear plants generate the most power because they create the most heat for steam, and are able to sustain it longer.
Nuclear plants are more expensive because of regulatory requirements, because people are so fucking worried about "China Syndrome" and shit.
The increased costs of nuclear plants is a direct product of the documentation required. Every piece of material, every nut and bolt, has to be traceable to it's origin, even to the day and place the metal was melted to pour it.
Holla Forums is retarded today.
It's not even in the reactor. It's not even in the nuclear part of the plant. It's secondary, or auxiliary related. A pump seal could be going bad in the secondary cooling water system, the DLC detects the motor running hot, the plant shuts down.
If it takes two weeks to get it back online, it will be because of the mountain of paperwork required to document the incident, the plans for fixing it, and the plans for preventing it in the future.
Ikr. You'd think the tinfoil trolls would appreciate a miracle of white technology and engineering, but no.
Kek
2000 year old wisdom, you can't fix retarded.
...
WTF? Did you think that nuclear reactor is some wizard magic?
...
Is that why the Nazis were researching so much into it? lmao
Why are we STILL using nuclear power?
I thought Chernobyl and Fukushima showed us that nuclear power is a crime to future generations.
Especially if fukushima leaks much more radiation - 1/3 of the ocean poisoned, plus the rain forming from it.
source?
Jesus fucking Christ I had a suspicion.
Is it the same location?
Because, it is objectively the best power source available. It is the most beneficial to the environment too.
Fukushima should have taught us to not build nuclear plants along fault lines especially if the Israelis are charge of security.
No, the murdered security guy worked in Charleroi.
One that is shut down currently is in Tihange.
rt.com
Hue.
40 fucking years old. Maybe it's time to build a new one, instead of filling Brussels with third world trash?
The Brussels attackers DID plan to attack the Charleroi nuclear plant though.
It can not only kill the environment, but us with it.
That is complete doublethink.
I hate this nuclear power is clean meme. The after-effects from those two catastrophes should have opened our eyes.
If it blows, we're doomed.
It's something we should not dabble with unless we're absolutely left with no choice (i.e. the alternative is the collapse of society)
I think the availability of other sources still suggest that nuclear energy is unreasonably dangerous to tinker with.
That's partly why I'm so concerned.
It takes one bomb to unleash hell in your own backyard by your own means. It's horribly stupid and too risky. The returns are not simply worth it.
you'd think even good goys would understand your first point
Again?
Confirmed: the reactor having a problem is at the same facilty where a security guard was killed and his pass stolen: Tihange nuclear power plant,
Funny, I hate this "nuclear power will kill us all look at Chernobyl" shit meme. The security of these plants are huge and safety is taken seriously. It is not as horrible as you try to make it. Chernobyl had a horribly shittty reactor with shit safety regulations and fukushima got hit by two huge nature disasters that you cannot plan for and even though fukushima got hit that hard the japanese immediately restarted the project due to its efficiency. If it was so horrible then they would have ditched it right there.
And speaking of efficiency. Countries cannot just shut down nuclear power as you would need an absurd amount of coal burning or windmills to even make up for the power loss. The best way is to continue improving nuclear power.
This is the slowest developing happening I've ever seen.
And all the US intelligence agencies could never let a dozen muslim men outwit them all by hijacking several planes and destroying US buildings, something like that would never happen.
it was already shown in the thread that it is not the same nuke plant. deactivating a stolen/lost ID/security pass is the most standard thing.
bureaucratic incompetence is a wonderful thing. you're also discounting the mossad and who, from the lowest level to the highest, was complicit in allowing it to happen.
It goes beyond incompetence. We had tabs on all those muzzies but didn't do anything. Sort of like how one of the San Bernardino shooters was flagged by the DHS upon entering the US to be monitored, which was later scrubbed because incompetence and coincidences apparently.
Pick one
Confirmed: The reactor is NOT having a problem.
And a little of what I know. Not what I think, what I know.
Chernobyl: Ultra-cheap, very dangerous, Soviet era plant. RBMK-1000 reactors were used extensively in the Soviet Union.
The liquid graphite technology used in these reactors allows unenriched uranium to be used. Most parts of the plant are radioactive because of the technology. There are experimental reactors of this type in the US, but no production reactors.
The vast majority of reactors in the US are PWR's, pressurised water reactors. The nuclear fission boils water in an internal loops that is fed through steam generators to heat a secondary loop that produces steam. The loop exposed to the reactor, and therefore the most radioactive, is contained, and doesn't make it to the turbine.
There were two problems with the Fukushima reactors that don't exist in US nuclear facilities.
The first is that there was not a passive Emergency Core Cooling System. US plants require a core cooling system that will be effective with zero power.
Not every single plant has this so far, but most do. It is a part of ALL new designs, and is being retrofitted into nuclear plants everywhere.
Fukushima's emergency core cooling system depended on back-up power, generated by diesel generators. All nuclear plants have this. Fukushima's diesel storage tanks were above-ground, and were floated away by the tsunami.
With no passive emergency core cooling system, and the back-up generators out of service because the fuel tanks were unmoored, there was no way to cool the reactors.
Even though the nuclear reaction ran out of control, there was no China Syndrome type event.
I lost mine. It's probably behind the sofa.
That would work if they did not override them on purpose.
My sides weren't ready for that one.
Since you're too lazy to read two links.
1. archive.is
A reactor at Belgium's Tihange nuclear power plant has shut down.
This link shows a picture captioned: The Tihange nuclear power plant in Belgium, where the guard worked.
Didier Prospero, who worked for G4S security at a Belgian nuclear research centre, was shot several times in the bathroom of his home in Froidchapelle, in the Charleroi region of Belgium.
He was killed in Charleroi but worked at Tihange.
pick one you stupid summerfag nigger
...
oil shill detected
Bless you, m'poet.
Can someone tell me what movie this is, I remember seeing it a long time ago
You can stop posting Ron Paul's faggot face around since he said what he said about Trump.
he's butthurt about not seeing his son winning and becoming president.
Ron Paul is not a robot, and observing the establishment tactics used on Ron Paul did help Trump, so doompaul will ever be staying even if lurking in the shadows.
Ron Paul was the original Bernie. Crazy old man with no understanding of economics, reddit's meme candidate, rallies are full of college kids, heavy reliance on internet polls and downboat brigades, and monkey troubles.
...
what nigger
we all know libertardation is past us now, but ron paul was the canary in the coal mine
its sad that shills are so prominent, otherwise i would simply say lurk moar fagget, instead of telling you to go back to your oven
My pop was a nuke engineer, retired now. He'd agree with you. The plant's ARE dangerous, but here's a little story from my youth and learning about Nuke safety.
Yeah there are serious dangers, one of the reasons why my dad was always worried about the number of engineers available. He's come on board with the thorium R&D, it was the safety measures usage of gravity rather than an mechanical apparatus. Oh and that the main chamber is only under 3% the pressure of the reactors he worked on.
At 2-3 atmospheres of pressure the blow out would be contained within the reactor building. For comparison the plant my dad worked at kept the reactor's internal pressure at 400 atmospheres.
Basically if the reactor goes critical/looses power, the refrigeration unit keeping a plug of thorium salt in a solid states is turned off/looses power, the high temp liquid state salt burns through the plug and then into separation tanks. And the separation is done using gravity.
Get fucked, Keynes you godforsaken pederast.
Is anything actually going to happen?
Getting some pretty blue balls from these threads, can we please read past the headlines before we make a thread about nothing?
Probably not, it seems to be just another deindustrialization propaganda event.
No energy for the peasants. Agenda 21: Stay out of the king's forest.
Coal kills more people per year
Coal damages the environment more per year.
Please commence killing yourself.
Maybe chinese coal plants. US coal plants have no significant emissions anymore and they're still dropping, because the entire industry is scared to death of Obongo and his commie EPA henchmen.
Because it is the best power source on the Planet.
Go hang from a Windmill, nigger.
Godzilla, the newest Hollywood version.
Fuck off fearmongering weeb faggot, thank you.
Even better, lynch self, thanks.
I'm daring to call false flag/purposely doing this. They've been trying to propagandize constantly about nuclear this, nuclear that in Belgium for months now.
GREAT ATOM, BATHE US IN YOUR HOLY LIGHT! PURIFY OUT SINS WITH YOUR ATOMIC GLOW!
It's almost as bad as porn
That's what a nuclear reactor is though
Chernobyl has taught us that nuclear reactor accidents are not the end of the world.
So a few hundred people died. Big deal. Nuclear reactors provide power for entire cities. Centuries of energy security are so much more important than potential "disasters" that consist of not being able to eat certain mushrooms and certain types of seafood for a few years. There's much propaganda surrounding nuclear energy it is ridiculous. All things considered it one of the safest, cleanest and most efficient forms of energy we have access to.
Coal contains radioisotopes and heavy metals which don't some how disappear in the burning process. The ratio of radioisotopes in most coal deposits is relatively low and any particularly hot ones are generally left in the ground unless they're specifically mining for radioactive material.
Wind and solar are too inefficient at this point to be viable. Even if you want to appear like some "deebly ecologically goncerned" fuck, wind turbines especially are placed right in the migratory paths of birds. Industrial solar arrays can cook anything that gets close enough to them, such is the intensity of the reflected infrared light (which is part of the inefficiency).
And so it goes down the list. Every power source has its trade offs. Realistically, the industrial capacity we're accustomed to can only be sustained with some combination of petrol and coal or petrol and nuclear or all three. Any other sources like hydroelectric, geothermal, whatever, they're great but not frequent enough to power even the whole of the West let alone the whole planet. The only viable alternative is some form of primitivism.
Did you misunderstand the post or are you retarded?
Is it summer already?
Cui bono
Who benefits?
It's not so much summer as a bunch of hardass ideologues who think that NO FUN ALLOWED unless it's explicitly the RIGHT kind of fun.
IE, political memery or Nazism.
If this blows up, England is GONE
Gee, I sure do love the long term effect of breathing petrochemical combustion exhaust all fucking day every day.
You'll love the effects of running out of food because industrial agriculture collapses overnight without petro
Any updates?
There are many things wrong with your sentence.
Is there a version of this not for manlets?
Yo homie, peep this shizzle
That's because we U.S. citizens haven't decided to just ring Yellowstone's caldera with geothermal plants. I personally believe it would be a much better use for the government owned land than a giant natural amusement park.
This, an excellent alternative to the current generations of Fission Reactors. The fact it cannot be used as a breeder reactor for weapons grade Uranium/Plutonium means it could be sold to other nations without the hassle of watching them for nuke production.
The globalists. Should be clear to everyone when the NSA monitors the worlds communications building meta data on people.
Has ZERO to do with terrorism, its about control and power.
If these programs were targeted only at terrorists they might serve a purpose, but this terrorism shit is a 20 year problem max. Military plans 100 years in the future.
Actually Petrol doesn't effect it too much, Diesel on the other hand
You mean diesel which originates from petroleum?
Nuclear energy is a big scam and distraction. Nukes might be real but the evidence for having them is basically "because we say so". Hiroshima and Nagasaki were firebombed
BLOWOUT SOON FELLOW STALKER
