We're going to talk about masculinity and testosterone.
I've seen a few threads here and there about ways to keep your testosterone up, to make sure that your genes are
THE SELECT
genes to pass down to future generations. Other things include activities that make men who we are: masculine and role models, or if we aren't already there, we can discuss ways to help others get there. We need to be the future we want to see. Meme magic aside, we have to do things in the corporeal world that let us stand out, that make us proud to be who we are, and proud to be a positive face of what we stand for.
I'll outline what I've done to make myself more masculine, and increase my testosterone:
Seems pretty straightforward, but you wouldn't believe how many people I see go out and go to Burger King across the street, or go down the road for some pizza. Bring yourself a healthy lunch. My lunchbox usually consists of the following:
All of that shit is in glass containers, because plastics leech a bunch of testosterone-robbing bullshit into your food. Stay away from non-stick pans and other gimmicky bullshit. Cast-iron has been used for centuries, and the iron leeches into your food. That's good. Not some bullshit proprietary compound.
This is a no-brainer. Working out increases your testosterone, gets rid of fat, and builds muscle. Literally everything good for you. Try to focus on form over weight, because good form is key, and remember, you don't need to set a personal record each time you go to the gym. Just go. Better to go and do a little, than not go and do nothing. Also, cardio increases test
So fragrances in soaps and deodorants are also test-robbing compounds. I stopped using shampoo years ago, and my hair is healthy as can be. No, it isn't greasy at all, it's perfect. I do use some pine-tar soap, but that's it.
This should also be a no-brainer, but we know that there are (((shadowy figures))) that want to control our sex drive, that make porn and other stuff extremely easy to access. This includes exposing our children, as the rage thread currently shows. Keep your fapping down to once every 3 days or so. Shoot, go a week or two if you can, just to say you can do it, but fapping in and of itself isn't unhealthy. It's the porn that rewires our brain.
But the single best thing that I came across during this whole journey are these mother fuckers (pic related).
Also known as nigger toes, brazil nuts have everything we need to keep our testes happy. They increase blood flow to them, which in turn increases testosterone production, and also increases the amount of sperm you create. I've incorporated 6 into my daily routine, but that might be a bit excessive. They say that all you need are 2, but man, I've noticed a lot within the first day. I've become much more aggressive, and my gains have become more noticeable.
Now the things that I do that make me manly:
I shoot guns. I shoot practical pistol drills, as well as target shoot. I ride motorcycle, I work out. I try to read, but I've found myself slacking on it. Getting back into archery. Being outdoors is excellent (and also an excellent source of vitamin D). I participate in sports (bar league teams). I work on cars, and know how they work inside and out.
Things I think I should learn how to do:
Work with wood, carpentry. Being able to build stuff. What is a man if he cannot build?
