I used 'normies' to contrast against the skinhead subculture. When someoe says something like "even X is better than Y," normally they don't mean that X is good, they mean that Y is worse than something X which is also bad.

Normies are the bread and butter of a movement, flat out. The average person is indeed not the smartest person. National socialism's success, however, is based first and foremost upon its ability to successfully guide and shape the lives of its people such that its people will survive intact into the future, and the people are by definition primarily normies. If the people themselves are your enemy because you lack the propaganda and foresight to lead people to the correct conclusion, then national socialism has no need for you.

No movement, ideology, mindset, etc which is not primarily far-seeing in its goals will survive. To that end, we must, as you say, "play the game," and skinheads are seemingly incapable of playing any game but their own. Normies must be brought to a point of seeing what is necessary before they will take the correct steps. It was necessary that before Germany was led to the light, it went through a period of intense darkness. The immigrant crisis is this darkness leading people to the light. It has nothing to do with criminal pretenders.

In short, skinheads are not even national socialists. They are skinhead socialists.

The SA was a matter of expedient convenience to prevent leftists from making the same moves, because the leftists had the equivalent of skinheads of their own at that point.
