Helsinki District Court sentenced a man to nine years and four months in prison for aggravated trafficking and aggravated sexual exploitation of children.
In addition, the man was sentenced to pay over 90,000 euros in damages to his victim. The man took advantage of an under 16-year-old girl sexually and forced her to sell sex to hundreds of people over several years.
The then 14-year-old girl hit it about 50-year-old man on a dating site in spring 2011. The girl had initially said that she was 16 years old, but revealed her real age when she met the man.
The man and the girl met regularly and had intercourse several times.
In autumn 2011, the girl moved in with the man. Then the man began to engage in pimping and the girl was forced to sell sex including in hotels across Finland.
The girl had sold sex from December 2011 to June 2014. She has not recorded customers, but estimated that she received 640 customers.
The series of crimes continued until the beginning of this year, when the police took the man. Damages of 92 000

The court considers the act to be particularly serious because of the crimes going on for a long time, the gathering's number as well as the large age difference of 35 years between the man and the victim.
