Hi guys. I have a question to ponder. Clearly, this amendment guarantees the right to protection from unlawful searches and seizures, as well as unwarranted warrants, which means, that there must be due process by which potential evidence used in a court of law (which is useful in a sense, because it actually forces a court to think things through and link evidence to a crime). My concern is, since any alphabet soup companies might either be watching, or have a beacon to this site, is since everything written here can be used as "evidence" to basically put anyone to trial, though not necessarily to convict. Since it should be noted that the 4th amendment has been trampled upon several times throughout American history, but especially during the Clinton Regime, it makes me wonder two things.
1. If Trump is elected, what is his stance on the 4th amendment and the gradual overstepping of the (((alphabet soup companies)))
2. What happens if Trump is just an opportunist who is just the better overall option, but not the best?
By the way, pollacks, If you have any brains, you'd better damn well think this over. For those larpers on here who claim to be fascists/national socialists but probably never served in the military or police, let me ask you, are you really prepared to forfeit your life (either in mortal or practical terms), because this country (regardless if it's hillary or trump) is marching towards a police state rather than the good old days in the 50's? Think this over.
FYI, there's no choice in my opinion to vote for Trump, but we really need to start asking these questions to protect ourselves. Furthermore, we're pollacks, even moderates such as myself have been called a myriad of of nonsense from the "oppressed peoples". I support Trump for many reasons, but like I said, we need to start asking ourselves these tough questions, lest we become a hivemind. One last thing. I'm not a cretin, but I do feel as if we need to protect ourselves on the internet as much as possible in order to express our political opinions on the web. What does this mean? the onion router? eye two pea? We need to ask this question as well.
