It doesn't work. We can visualize all forcing on the bike as acting on center of mass of the bike. The force will act with the weight directly downward, no component of the force will act tangentially to the ground, so we don't get that downhill "push".

Also, such a bike is retardly unbalanced. Its far easier to create torque about the front that bake due to arrangement of mass. So, prepare for front flip.
