Protocol for: Video Project Threads
The video project thread yesterday was a shambles: chaotic headless chicken running around without a clue.
We need to focus, organize ourselves. We need protocols.
Know your strength, do ONE thing and do it WELL.

[I.P.O protocols]
Input team:
Specialists in:
Collecting all the raw source videos (twitter, youtube, periscope, newpapers, media outlets, etc)
Knowing where and how to get it–in the best possible quality, quickly.
Music specialists: on hand with the appropriate (creative commons or otherwise) soundtracks matched to the video theme
Processing team:
Script/Blue-print author (uses the source videos to make a story/narrative etc)
Video editor: takes the script from the author and edits together the video with music
Several videos can be taylor made for youtube, twitter etc
Output:
Distribution team: specializes in knowing exactly when/where to distribute which video (they are ready with fake or established accounts on those sites)
They research out new/popular sites etc

At the beginning of the thread we would report in with nicknames and (specialty) for easy searching. Then that person always uses that nickname for all posts.
Guys imagine if we had these protocols and could be run like a smooth well oiled German luxury car.
We could be effortlessly pumping out amazing propaganda, no one would get burnt out and you would be part of an amazing team.
Lets focus and organzise our energy and talents.
Also we could put a tag on these threads [project] and these would be off limits to shitposting which just slow things down and irritate workers, you can create other threads to shitpost in if thats your thing.
If an army is scattered or divided into small bodies, it loses all its power; and in the same way a great intellect has no more power than an ordinary one as soon as it is interrupted, disturbed, distracted, or diverted; for its superiority entails that it concentrates all its strength on one point and object, just as a concave mirror concentrates all the rays of light thrown upon it.
Give your feedback–and lets make these protocols together.
