My first thought is that this is a man whose business model is to scare people into buying something from those 1000 affiliate links in the video comments.

Skipping around the video I then think his body language and oration is carefully practiced to convey concern and righteous anger, which again leads me to think his target audience are simple minded, scared and paranoid people.
