One technique you will notice the left use is that they will always attack in number or at worst one on one.
For example, in this debate (((Ben Shapiro))) is the only person arguing against transgenderism against 3 or 4 people who are for it.
The persuasive usefulness of this technique is that it makes Ben Shapiro appear socially ostracised. It influences the viewer to feel as if holding these views and opinions will result in them losing friends and being disliked by their peers.
Jason Reyes
Don't forget the other leftist tactic, a crowd. Notice how Bill Marr or John stewart are always accompanied by boos or cheers to what they're saying? It's like you've got 20 friends in your living room and they all like John stewart, why don't you?

The left often uses repetition of emotional appeals, similar to the way radio and television ads go, catchy hooks, jingles, alliterations such as climate change, war on women, income inequality, things that don't really mean anything but are likely to trigger an emotional impulsive response, especially anger or hatred towards whoever is the Literally Hitler of the day or hour.
Remember, even though it's 'just an ad', advertisements are designed to influence and persuade people.
The black man is the chief, he's the leader, even though this does not mirror reality. Fucking with the white guy is funny.
White dude looks like a weak idiot who is socially inept. Essentially, he knows the black guy has taken his sub but he's too beta to do anything about it.
White women is seen in the peripheral laughing at the black guy fucking with the white guy, and then sarcastically saying 'wow' at the white man.
As a one off this wouldn't be a big issue, but the same narrative is repeated time after time. When certain themes are repeated they start to become reinforced in people's mind and they subconsciously play out in real life.

Another tactic: embedding.
For example, take a look at CGPgrey's channel right now. (CGPgrey is another arrogant leftist youtuber who makes videos explaining things in dead simple ways with bare bones visuals. Explaining things this simply could be listed as another tactic, I guess.)
You can see some videos explaining bits of voting theory, which are logically sound and do a great job.
Then he moved on to interesting things about this or that part of the world that you will never care about much less visit: 'Las Vegas Isn't Las Vegas'. Or things that you would sound smart knowing something about: 'Brief History of the Royal Family'.
Then he slides over to very subtle propaganda: 'This Video Will Make You Angry', which is a very subtle reassertion of the important and time tested "nothing is true and everything is possible" indoctrination tactic.
And then finally you end up with 'Zebra vs Horses: Animal Domestication', which is a video about how niggers are actually just as capable of building civilization it's just that there weren't any horses around, only zebras, boo hoo, poor niggers. It's Guns, Germs, & Steel in a video.
Normally this tactic is more hamfisted, so the subscribers of a channel will detect it and complain about how the creator is suddenly talking politics. They're able to pick out which videos are information and which are not. But here, it's a very slow slide into pretty subtle propaganda.
I won't insult your intelligence by expounding upon the effect of embedding propaganda alongside perfectly serviceable, even authoritative information.
John Nguyen
Another tactic: astroturf science.
Fund only the research you want in a given field. Find a way to make it profitable. Then, the people who enter the field will be dependent on asserting what you want them to in order to keep their jobs. It's a black hole. A self-sustaining black hole that grows while producing exactly what you want.
(If possible, fund all of the research that's ever been done in the field. Then you make the base for the field to work off of, and you can say whatever you like and have a source for it.)
Case in point: Climate change.
Luis Brown
you're probably the only person on this board who gets it. the 4th reich or Holla Forums or national-socialism or the new-new world order or whatever you want to call it is not made real by shitposting on Holla Forums and calling everyone a kike/shill. this is why evalion was important to the cause regardless of her intents - she would persuade normies and make advances on the information front. but no, we on Holla Forums are better than her. shitposting here calling that guy a shill, typing "hi schlomo", ">>>/oven/", "go back to reddit normalfags" is much more important for the information war.
yes and no. meme magic can be used to destroy power. of course, then you have to realize other counterposing powers might take over, which themselves must need to be destroyed. have fun with it. always remember the lulz come first.
Henry Scott
Co-Opting via peaceful(Ideologically hostile) takeover.
Classic examples: Tea Party degenerating into retarded Objectivism/Randianism, Occupy Wall Street going from an anti-bank protest to Native American Raindance Rights protest, Gamergate
Take a movement that people have passion in. Whatever it is. Take leaders of leftism/psuedo-leftism, have them 'Join the movement' along with their hosts of followers not necessarily aligned with the original culture around that movement. Do this until the movement is rendered unrecognizable and unable to accomplish its original goals.
Leo Miller
The left has this meme of "the right can't be funny". It came around when mainstream cuckservatives were frustrated that they couldn't replicate anything like The Daily Show. The problem (obvious to us) is that everyone accepted the left's boundaries. You can't be funny from the right if all the hilarious material is off limits. So of course all attempts at it are going to be fucking terrible. An exception proving the rule is how the biggest laugh that anyone ever got on FOX's Red Eye was when McInnis made a jew joke. They deny people that humor release while saturating media with current year man and feminist comics who talk about punching up.
I even fell for it myself, until I found Holla Forums and broke my sides. Humor of course is one of the best ways to persuade people, and they have the main of it pretty locked down.
Jackson Smith
I came up with another just in time to save this thread. Tactic: Medicalization of dissent
Prentending like we've had the discussion, it's settled and over, and they won outright. Global warming is one. Holocaust is another.
Pretending like they've already won is key. Then they can use words like 'denier'.
If you deny it, "we've already had the conversation, the science is settled, you're just ignorant if you aren't with us by now". "Get help" or "you need help" is another one.
By the way, am I alone is having identified 'get help' as a particularly jewish phrase?
Jackson Cook
I normally use the term on over-emotional lefties who seem to can't hold themselves together in public. But I often mean it sincerely.
Other than that, the left's usual reaction is to scoff at what you say with some desperate laugh, as if it's already common knowledge. I believe the term is "gas-lighting".
Keep going Op, this is good stuff to know on the basis. Maybe even learn how to counter these tactics better.

Co-Opting is a huge one.
I'm convinced that any modern "movement" in America that actually gained traction was due to Jew subversion.
Civil rights and feminism are the two largest and most obvious.
Many if not all major social change pushes are not organic to the people they are about. This is really tricky as normies get sucked into these movements honestly thinking they are changing things for the better. But the population is just being used as puppets.
Any true organic movements is easily co-opted since the media is run by the enemy and can spin it any way they want to the public.
This understanding right here made me question all of my beliefs. And was one hell of a redpilling for me. To be able to go back in history and realize for the first time that it was a movement based on a lie is pretty huge.
Mason Clark
This is a great point.
If the means of acquiring evidence are only supplied to a certain group, that group can then solidify their beliefs with evidence.
One story I can think of is that of Bjorn Lomborg in Australia. He is on the sceptic side of the climate change debate and wanted to conduct research at the University of Western Australia. Initially he was given $4m of government funding. After certain sections of the media and various protest groups lobbied the government, this funding was withdrawn.
At any point in time there will be hundreds of organic movements forming. The Jew can pick from those organic movements ones that will best benefit his goals. Donations and media time are given to those movements.
I believe this was first brought to my attention by the Yuri Bezmenov video.

Technically the destruction of another power creates rebalances the power, it is not truly destroyed.
Say for instance I break your squirt-gun, now regardless of what I do or don't have- you are one squirt gun short and everyone in competition with you earns the power over you that the squirt-gun would have staved off.
Austin Torres
What is this, from Holla Forums? You don't need to be into scam advice on dating tips to realize that niggers are stupid. Hell, the bigshot leaderfag of the PUA community, Roosh Valdezian, is half street shitter or something. This betrays a Reddit SRS mindset - that everyone on the right, from libertarians to fascists to reactionaries, is one big ball united against the brave socialist revolutionaries.
I will agree though, a lot of the "edgy" alt-right are outsiders. Most of them grew up on Holla Forums humor, which means they don't get vapor lock when they see a friendship windmill - thus meaning they were more open to redpills that normies would have been conditioned to reject.
Lucas Wilson
Big question:
Jews hold power and money. Jews thus can decide whether or not those living in their society are able to eat, live comfortable, and be happy. Therefor, one cannot criticize Jews because they will not allow you to eat, live comfortable, and be happy.
The big question then is, if a race does not tolerate criticisms of its negative behavior and its power, can that race be called "good?"
Doesn't that indicate that this race is evil?
If the excuse is that "someone has to have power" - then why should we allow them to use their pity party "don't be anti-semitic" out of one mouth, and then consolidate and dominate each and every one of us as soon as we decide to go along with them?
What is the spirit of their attitude towards the goy?
Is it really so evil?
Charles James
The "expert" gimmick.
Liberals pretend to be experts who then offer unprovable opinions that everybody else is suppose to believe. Disprove of the "expert" opinion isn't allowed by non-experts - and only liberals are "respected" enough to be experts.
The "experts" become like the priests of a mysterious religion that over-awes the rest of society and set dogmatic opinions that only a "heretic" would dare question.
Chase Cruz

I have been reading about the art of persuasion. Manipulation is fascinating. Scott Adams got me hooked on it when he said in an interview how Trump would win because his methods are pure persuasion. The riots in Caliade an even better case for deportation without Trump sayong a word.
I pirated and read Persuasion by Robert Cialdini recently. Currently reading enchantment by Guy Kawasaki. I was planning on using it to help /Christian/ Evangelize, but I like you kids as well because Trump.
Every whiney teen website and app from confesster to Whisper is based around these concepts of peer pressure, positive reinforcement, and manipulation. It's not hard to co-opt. I've been using fake accounts to make Bernie bros defensive towards Hillary so their consistency bias in November won't allow them to vote for Shillary.

This is the confidence fallacy. They aren't trying to convince you. They want you to be pressured into silence and make everyone who sees you is afraid to join in. They create the illusion that this is, "Settled science."
I once used this technique arguing Rapefugees are infiltrated by ISIS. I had only ONE guy say I was wrong because I declared it so confidently citing Kurdish Intelligence (so no raaaaayciiiis claim) I responded to him with a photo of a headline that said the Paris mastermind had a Syrian passport. He immediately shut up.

Holla Forums is largely a group of people that don't want to be manipulated. Manipulation is for slaves. You win other masters over to your side.
I don't want to fucking manipulate anyone, I want to meet equals so we can fix shit and make a beautiful world. Be aware of manipulation techniques and know how to use them on plebs, but don't try that shit on patricians, it'll only alienate them.
Kayden Lee
The problem is that the people around you aren't your equals and most likely never will be

Maybe I'm too unfamiliar with PUA, but what the heck are they referring to?
Well go fucking figure! You think that encouraging masculinity would be the healthy solution for any man to rid himself of his insecurities, which is called being constructive. But apparently that too in itself is a problem; shame on those men who took their insecurities as the initiative to better themselves.
I guess Holla Forums feels more secure by absolving themselves from being proper men, or any form of self-mastery. Sure, let's never strive for anything more than we are now because it's so far out of reach right now.
Easton Perry
That's the brilliance of a meme, it just mocks for its own pleasure without being invested in whether you are convinced or not. The lack of manipulation is disarming. Just the truth for truth's sake.
Xavier Hughes
I agree with this, but when it comes to destroying the enemy then it that case I think it's fine to try to use their tactics against them, because you wouldn't want to win them over anyways.

We need our own media. Our own comics, films, music, things that WE made that are genuinely entertaining, not just thinley veiled politicaly messages either. Actually stories with characters people will give a shit about. Music that is well contruscted with clever and insightful lyrics. All made by us. All Kike free.
Ethan Gomez
That would be the dream, to see an entire media dedicated to aesthetic art style and classic story-telling; none of this post-modernist 'avant-garde' shit they forcefeed us. The old formulas which you see from classic Epics and folklores never lose their power to interest us, and they're perfect for instilling values and ideals on young men and women.
I just wish there were more opportunities for this medium to flourish enough the artists wouldn't starve. I always wanted to make a graphic novel that revives the whole "hero's journey" experience, exploring a ruinous world full of both wonders and dangers, where the females characters would, you know, be actual women and care about elegance, be healers. I want to see male character's fight with valor for something and be exemplars again.
Instead, when I look around the graphic novel sections of book stores, all I find is the same fucking self-loathing novelist putting themselves into their own work, art-styles that have so little heart, as if they don't fucking care about their own product, everything seems so sordid today. Fuck, they even fail the way the panels narrate the story with their expressionist bullshit which would fill the entire page! Also I must have at least picked up three graphic novels that involved relationships between dykes - not sure if anyone else had noticed this either, or why it's a common theme now. The artist doesn't even attempt to make them look attractive, so you open a random page and see two dykes with their trucker-limbs sprawled all over each other.
If you really want to see how self-involved the whole medium became, pick up a "America's best Graphic Novels" from a chapters store, preferably edition 2015, and prepare to feel both bored and ill. Sorry, I just really had to rant about this
Daniel Clark
I'm requesting more input in this thread. I will be turning it into a high quality something.
Think! What underhanded tactics are used to feed people lies? How were you made to believe the things you did when you were bluepilled? What gross messes have we untangled to see how we were being manipulated?
Controlling online outlets is only one tactic, and it's a big topic breaks down into all the ways we're familiar with. But outside the internet, how is it done?
This thread is the soul of modern Holla Forums! To analyze the enemy's tactics, break them down, reverse engineer them, and learn to effectively counter them!
But how can we do any of that if we can't even list them, name them?
Eli Kelly
Wikipedia too. Citations have replaced evidence entirely in the mind of new generations. If enough people say something it's true, even if there is no proof, and anyone who disagree is dismissed as "conspiracy theorist"
Lucas King
You know how you counter this?
You respond as venomously, insulting, and vicious as possible. You take the time to attack each of them individually head on, ignore what everyone else is saying ignore any boos, just attack. And when I say vicious, I mean as horribly cruel and evil as you can possibly be. Channel your inner Machiavelli and destroy the person such that they cannot recover, then move on to the next.
This they're not prepared for. They expect you to try to argue with them, don't. If they say something that's bullshit, disregard it and move on because explaining justifies their position.
Adrian Walker

A lot of "educational" youtube channels are doing that these days. See Lacy Green and "The School of Life." They rely entirely on their authoritative tone, slick visuals, and chutzpa.
