Trump just needs to spell out the following, word by word :

Aren't you supposed to get somebody new every four years? Or at least every eight years. Think about it. Bush senior was in and out of the white house all the time as the head of the CIA, and then he was vice president under Reagan, then he was president, then Clinton was in and Hillary was in with him, then Bush Jr was president, and then you've got Hillary in the white house as Secretary of State under Obama. Do the math. 40 years for the same two families. Is this what America is about? I'll be the first Trump in the white house. What do you think about that. Let me tell you, does a successful businessman or woman keep the same car for 40 years or do they change it every few years? Do you keep the same mobile phone or do you change it? Don't you think it's time we changed the record and put something new on?"

Disagree, Trump wants to point out how dodgy they've been over their time in office, the way you phrase itall I think about is their experience, by mentioning the bushes and clinton together you lend some time and experience to clinton when in reality her experience is limited.
