Aside from it being posted in a blog, perhaps it got unintentionally leaked out early.

On one hand, we have Hillary potentially being pulled out of the race to deal with her crimes in court, potentially long enough to ruin her presidential bid for the next long while.

On the other hand, I'm almost certain Bernie would have more of a chance against Trump than Hillary, if only because Shillary lovers are more likely to grovel to Berniefags than Trump supporters. If Hillary wins the nomination and Bernie throws his support behind her, the disillusioned Berniefags will almost certainly give up on the Democratic party and rally behind Trump.

Worst part is that we have to wait to see if Hillary really is indicted or not.

I think you highly underestimate that Hillary could easily do the same, or at least, just as good as Bernie can.
