Can't say anything about the original 1930s series, but I can confirm that its been Loony Tunes for at least 20 years. I confirm that sound-ing sky thing. Don't exactly know if it's the sky or ground exerting that sound but I hear it most of the time where I live and just to be honest I never do drugs/acid, and have no any form of mental illness or depression.

The sound is extreme bass that you 'feel' more than hearing it. Sometimes its too intense that I feel my head ressonating to it like a glass about to break. I even cursed NSA and shit that one time when it stayed for so long and louder as usual. Definitely not hearing disease as I even drowned my ears to max volume headphones just to fail blocking that shit and my hearing is quite sensitive that I hear AC and even DC battery chargers and even some laptops emit high frequency tone and even blind tested with someone to prove it. The feeling is unpleasant and close to feeling when listening to binaural music rather than plain 10-20Hz bass.

Anyone with same experience? Not many can hear it, sometimes even my 2 friends heard it and i never told them about my experience. i can't hear anything weird at the time so my theory is the sound is meant to be unheard.
