How is Trump going to be able to shift the electoral college in order to beat Shillary? With the way things are now, its going to be very difficult, but I think he can do it.
Pic related, the states in gray are the ones that I think Trump will put in play. Keep in mind, electoral college shifts have happened many times in the past and I feel we are way over due for another big shift in the electorate

This is Trump's best path to victory. Relying on a broad coalition of conservative states in the deep south and north west that have voted republican since 2000 like Georgia, Missouri, and Montana, while also flipping some traditional blue rust belt states like Pennsylvania.

I think FL has potential to be a strong Trump win. Im basing this off of primary turnout, which isnt perfect of course, but certainly provides some insight.

Trump crushed FL and if he even gets a fraction of Rubio's and Bernberg's supporters in the general, its a fucking homerun.

Washoe and the rural counties lean red, but I think LV will cause NV to go blue (within 1%).

Other than that, I think this is a plausible scenario.

My friends in Nevada tell me they're seeing Trump signs everywhere and the Hispanics there are actually pretty chill when it comes to Trump.
And with a majority of Bernouts leaning toward Trump in a general, Nevada could turn out well.

All he has to do is win Pennsylvania, Florida and Ohio.

And Trump said he doesn't want to just focus on those states because if he loses just one of them, it's over.
Which is why he's focusing on every blue state as well.

Washington and Oregon go blue because of seattle and portland. They're red states with these ugly blue cities in them. The votes are usually close, too.
It wouldn't take too many dems switching or abstaining to turn the states red.

These are the states that are up for grabs. NY might be in play for Trump, but I'm not willing to say it's up for grabs completely.

Minnesota and Nevada and several other states also have this problem.
The states themselves are cool, but their cities are so damn liberal.

It may actually be a good thing. If I were Trump I would sue to have Cali's votes voided due to fraud if I wasn't winning in the polls near election time. This would mean Trump would need 27 fewer electoral votes to win.
