The first sandwhich was a few hours before I went to sleep, and not HUGE, just bigger than OP's sandwhich. The second sandwhich was a few hours after I wake up. When I eat this much food, I eat less the next day. I'm just chubby, but I eat generally small portions and healthily most of the time, rarely exercise though.
