Due to the 25th anniversary of the canon date of the crime a Blu-Ray is released by the CBS trying to remilk the show but this causes a new wave of fans that pressure the CBS enough to ask for a new season for the 25th anniversary of the (Beggining of the series (2015), its ending (2016) or the movie (2017))
Is pitched in PPV Showtime rather than normie CBS channel where millions of normies could have watched it. Nontheless Showtime (CBS) wants to cuck it again when Lynch and Frost ask more budget for effects.
Both Lynch and Frost say they'll quit otherwise, there's already a lot inverted and Showtime gives in not only on the budget but also in that Executive producers WON'T BE INVOLVED.
Lynch and Frost will be involved in all the episodes.
