Here's an idea, take every meme macro and superimpose a small swastika water mark on it in a corner or unobtrusive place.
Spread the ones with a swastika until it can't be avoided and they start popping up outside of image boards.
Kind of like shutterstock images (but less intrusive) or 9gag watermarks in the corner, people just have to deal with the watermark if they want to share an image.

If we're talking about the govt, they're actually the easiest ones to take down: their memes are nothing but image macros and badly made propaganda videos. Think that Finnish anti-rape tutorial video. They're shallow and are already pretty much built to become our own.

This is a good example of how the enemy was able to spread their own message as well. Every fun bit from any old meme has been modified to present feminist or otherwise "progressive" characters as their protagonist. Think about the tumblrwashing phenomenon, where iconic characters are redrawn to be brown/gay/muslims and are used as a vessel to promote feminist values, sort of like a political form of RP. It's also rather easy to fix these: all you have to do is fix the original character's imagery adding Holla Forums approved details. Even something as silly as a Trump MAGA hat on a Steven Universe character is enough to subvert their efforts.

Finally, the corporate memes, which are used to enslave normal folk into buying into their products and merchandise while at the same time subverting their tastes to approve of concepts such as the bull negro with the white woman stereotype. These are the hardest ones to fight against, because the enemy knows about their power and has sunk relatively large sums of money and time and effort into crafting and maintaining their relevance. My suggestion is to perform a Boston Salt Party / SWVII Cuck Awakens maneuver: spoiler or otherwise blast the meme with as many offensive and stereotypical images as you can.
