Anyway, seems like the test is designed so that a reasonable person who believes in order, tradition and leading a productive life will score medium, and fascist who happens to be retarded will score very high.

In other words the score is correlated with "fascism" (actually more like "respect for discipline") but also anticorrelated with intelligence and sanity. This is creates a clever bait and switch: The author, being a communist anarchist, believes that fascism is inherently stupid and wants to prove it. In this test, people will see that the people scoring high also happen to be retarded and insane, so they will look at people who score medium and say "look, you are being retarded just like them!". Because of how the questions are written, I seriously doubt this is not intentional.

It's just a bad test. More than that, it's a rigged test. The questions actually measure two things (discipline and irrationality) but are then collapsed into a single number instead of 2. It's the same problem as judging fitness by weight alone: A 250 lbs dude can be a fucking jacked hulk of muscle, or he can be a fatass who can barely climb up a flight of stairs (cue couch potatoes saying "that one famous bodybuilder is 250 lbs too, 250 lbs is a perfectly healthy weight!"). You need to at least know fat percentage as well.

I may have jumped the gun saying we'd need to promote what the test claims people with " high "f-factor" to be. I was naive in thinking they were openly assessing the intelligence and "danger" of people. It's indeed a test designed to frame anyone disillusioned with their "democracies" as retarded, religious and a handful of similar things most people here obviously are not. But we can take away from this that in trying to associate stupidity with fascism and a handful of positive attributes, perhaps that actually is what we should be going for.
