As far as I know not even the socialists are willing to do so. If it's a viable option they will rather side with Ciudadanos (Citizens Party), center-right, to form government.

No one else, not even the other communist / far-left party, IU (with whom they have recently allied), would give back the cities of Ceuta and Melilla to Morocco, which seems to be Podemos' real stance on the issue.

Even if Podemos/IU happen to win the general elections, and they really want to do such an stupidity, they are not going to have enough votes to do it unilaterally.

As for the issue with separatist regions (Basque and Catalan nationalists), Socialists would probably go for a federation if needed be, while Ciudadanos and PP would keep a centrist, rather confrontational stance with local nationalists. Podemos/IU would let the regions organize referendums like the one Cameron did in Scotland.
