Anyone else reading the best series Marvel has to offer? I'm currently only reading this and Moon Knight. (Dropped Venom: Space Knight because it's garbage.)
Anyone else reading the best series Marvel has to offer? I'm currently only reading this and Moon Knight...
No one is reading Carnage?
Ill start reading this right now.
Will be back with thoughts.
Radical, it's written by Gerry Conway the guy who offed Gwen Stacy. It's almost a horror series.
Yea, I'm getting some Alien, and AlienS vibe from it.
It's good, though that's only if your rooting for the dazzling hero carnage as he fights the tumblr squad and their pet furry on his lovecraftian misadventures.
not quite
closer to this
For shame.
Sorry user but Carnage has my support.
I'm conservative wizard.
Either way its pretty good so far.
I'm biased towards Brock because I've liked him since his inception. But I can't deny that Cletus steals the show in this series.
I'll storytime it for anyone to lazy to pirate. Here goes issue #1.
fuck, I miss Eddie's goth sidekick girl
they try to make him unlikable, little did they know that's what makes him likable.
I think they make him charming on purpose. I could be wrong, though.
I'm triggered.
...
...
...
...
And that brings issue #1 to a finish.
What do you all think of the Venom: Space Knight/Flash Gordon series? It has too many low-effort pop culture references and overt SJWism for my taste.
Personally I was waiting for the Timely Comics half-trade to form a solid opinion, but what the hell.
From what little I've read, the art isn't doing it for me.
...
Carnage is one of the few 2 big comics I still read.
I converting to others like tokyo ghost and the Son of the devil.
Heh, that's a good edit.
Issue #2 coming up. I really hope Marvel doesn't cancel it.
...
...
...
...
...
End of Issue #2
Thoughts so far?
it's probably their only comic not sinking, so they probably will.
I though it was shit carnage had to say furry.
That shit doesn't need to be mainstream.
Issue #3: Furries go Mainstream
...
...
How did this get published by Marvel?
...
...
...
And there goes Issue #3 of Carnage. A Marvel comic with action, humor, good art, and no overt propaganda. Who would've thought such a thing would be possible in the current year?
...
Issue #4
...
...
(Not a big fan of the Toxin redesign, tbh)
...
...
...
Issue # 5
...
...
...
...
...
And that brings a close to the first story arc.
What does Holla Forums think of Carnage so far?
Its alright, which in this day and age means its like god-tier compared to every other shit book out right now.
I think I like Axis carnage better though, but thats my taste. I like it when previous assholes try not to be assholes for whatever reason.
That's a good point.
Issue #6 and the start of a new arc!
...
...
...
...
...
...
...
Whoa
I didn't even notice that. I only read Carnage and Moon Knight right now. Is Loki actually running for President in the Marvel universe or is it just a meme?
Issue #7
...
...
...
...
...
And that's all for now. I'll post Issue 8 when it gets released.
Personally I've really enjoyed this series so far. I hope it doesn't get cancelled prematurely.
Here are the covers for the upcoming issues.
...
They're launching a series with Chris Hastings writing in June.
