Mexicans are like the Texans of Latin America. Loud, annoying, racist as hell, way too violent and way too obsessed with sex. Their nationalism is way too strong for anyone to enjoy living in that shitty country, so I don't feel much sympathy when things go badly for them here because they are way worse to their immigrants.
I've had Mexican friends and a lot of them are ok, but if I saw a neighborhood had more than 10% mexicans in it, I'd never live there.

Depends on the Blacks I guess. "African-Americans" or somewhere from shitty Africa then probably not. Some Africans are pretty based so I'd have no problem with them.
I could be wrong. There could be 10%+ American black hoods that are great, I don't know. Somalis are often too shit though.
