I liked today's episode, but I think I will be quitting Steven Universe after In Too Deep. While I do enjoy several aspects of this show, the writing staff has no idea what they're doing. Arcs do not climax in satisfying ways, there's too many episodes where it feels like nothing happens, and when the show is bad, it's almost painful to watch. I've mostly been watching this show because I'd already invested so much time watching it, so I felt obligated to continue. After watching how they fucked up the cluster I realized I should probably be spending my time doing something productive or watching better shows.
