Nostalgia Train
AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Shows you forgot existed
Human Kimberly is the only reason to watch.
As told by Ginger. It had shit humor but really touched subjects very maturely including suicide and helicopter parent because of it, pregnancy and realistic representation of teenage years and maturity
Besides its shit Klasky Csupó art I really like the attention paid at growing bodies and Ginger's actual breast development from season 1 to the end.
The only downfall is that because Ginger is a girl and dealing offtently with puberty it has a very exclusively girl POV, but it wasn't very feministic besides touching the issue the same way teens tend to touch it IIRC.
But otherwise is pretty much what I would expect from Hey Arnold for teens but with less humor.
That last pic.
What's up with those backgrounds.
You know, those proto-grinning potatoes are already bad, but at least the new series have good backgrounds.
I don't know…
Only remembered it existed today thanks to another user posting it.
This show needed more show.
I know I watched it but can't remember a dang thing about it. The only cgi animated show I remember better that I haven't seen in a while is Game Over that had Artie Lange as a purple animal thing. I thought Game Over was alright. Better than I thought it would be.
...
...
...
...
fuck you, I WANTED to forget these
...
...
corneil and bernie
space goofs
pingu
island of mutants
I believe it from Kid vs Cat.
But Ginger was actually good with only bad jokes and the other one is just meh.
I just saw the first episode. Not the pilot..
I swear to you guys, it feels like kisscartoon is killing the feeling if nostalgia.
It was pretty damn nice.
The characters designs were ugly but the animation was soo smooth, the backgrounds well done and illumination and effects were very good.
The characters were fairly stereotypical but weren't really hammered and they felt incredibly distinctive from one another, even the bullies where truly distinctive from one another.
By the way the bullies, despite being seven grade ones felt like a legitimate thread. Smart, cunning and with those emotional radars they have.
The humor was way better than I was expecting, it actually made me giggle about 5 times without any unrealistic or exaggerated build up. I believe it was just too subtle for me to catch as a kid.
The plot wasn't original but it had a fairly realistic build-up and realistic consequences.
This might be not only good slice of life but a true SLICE OF LIFE right with "Hey Arnold".
Still very girl POV oriented but very realistically and understandably so.
Man and I used to think this was a bore.
By the way this 12-13yos feel like true 12-13yo'so.
And not in a Gravity Falls kind of way which is hard for me to say since I suck GF cock hard every day.
I mean yeah, GF kids feel more like kids than most of other series but nothing nearly as close as "As told by Ginger."
This was made long after the dot com bubble, shockingly. I can't imagine how much worse the Li'll Pimp movie must be.
Second episode.
Seriously, the animation… OK KissCartoon has the episodes or at least this early ones as TV VHS records and looks fantastic.
I need to find a DVD quality one.
The B plot is really good and funny and again the A plot is fairly realistic.
At one point both combine and they just feel like "Peep show" strand of awkwardness but for kids.
I already saw Ginger's breasts shape and the bullies are genuine butterfaces even considering this art style. I'm kinda shocked that li they were allowed to draw 12yo's as hot but probably "slice of life" gives you privileges.
Also one of the bullies is not really one. She's just an alpha hitch which is legitimately lovable and friendly, at least compared to the other one.
And is not a character arc where she's gonna become friends with Gignger they're pretty much friends already just not that kind of friends.
THANK YOU SANTA
You're welcome.

EVERYBODY'S RUNNIN' AND THE WORLD IT GETS SO CRAZY
i only remember this because it hurts to look at it
Filmore and The Weekenders are criminally fucking underrated.
… actually that pretty much describes a lot of Disney's TV and Movie output in the early 2000s. Coming off the high of the 90s animation renaissance they could get as experimental as they wanted but save for great exceptions like Lilo and Stitch they didn't really take hold with audiences.
Stuff like Treasure Planet or Emperor's New Groove have developed cult followings and gotten more respect as the years went on, but it still sucks a lot of animated stuff that wasn't called Shrek or from Pixar didn't get the recognition it deserved at the time.
Also pic related.

...
You got me with this one, I'd forgotten it existed.
I remembering seeing one episode of this when I was a kid. I could never remember what time it was on.
Dis motherfucking show had burger king toys n shit. It was pretty funny. I vagely remember a couple of episodes, it was definitely a WB thing.
Oh look, it's the greatest show to grace my weekends for years.
Remember me, Holla Forums?
This was one of the greatest shows of my childhood. I wish it wasn't so hard to find these days.
Poor Rare
...
I was tryin' to remember its name for the longest time but as soon as I saw the pictures I got it
BTW I forgot but what were the plots all about? Something about the girl teaching about democracy to these aboriginal kids?
Best goddamn shit, I don't think there's ever been a better representation of a Tomboy in cartoons, got my Crazy D as well
I didn't like the dudeweed blue haired guy though
What's the name of the first two, I remember that in the second one all the plots were always going back to MC's MILF voice of snark/sense telling some half assed moral
Also is it just me or have most shows lost the ability to use no music or sounds at all during their scenes? I remember the second one having lots of quiet time.
Fillmore!
The Weekenders
How am I supposed to remember what I forgot?
Have some garbage.
What? You don't save anything?
I remember Uncle Grandpa like it was yesterday.
What ever happened to him?
...
What ever happened to Robot Jones?
...
Any more robot jones?
...
...
...
Thought that was 123 Penguins for a sec
I was recently reminded that Watch My Chops exists
...
Remember when they change the voice to a human kid, and redubbed every rerun with the new voice?
many thanks, friend
Giant loli is my favorite.
I loved the fuck out of Treasure Planet, Atlantis: The lost empire and Titan A.E.
Criminally underrated.
I hated it.
The Microsoft speak and spell voice was superior to the one they redubbed him with.
What the fuck were they thinking?
Not just Disney. A lot of early 2000s cartoons sort of fell into obscurity, even if it was almost as good as the late 90s stuff.
Whatever happened to Whatever Happened to Robot Jones??
Dangerously furry.
...
...
That's not 2010s?!
...
...
...
...
artist sauce?
Um… artist is King Cheetah
...
...
Artist also goes by "Shon".
I think I was the only person who watched this when it was on.
I don't think I saw a single episode of this show, just the commercials.
How bad was it?
...
Nope. I even remember it premiered in the winter of 2010. And the big CN illustration didn't include Thrasher and Blastus either. I'm still sore about it, it was Cartoon Network's "Invader Zim" and was treated just as poorly.
I hope someday a dedicated fan re-dubs it with the Stephen Hawking voice.
Having the last episode involve George W. Bush was a great thing.
...
you should know king cheetah from the art style man
...
one more then I will stop for now
...
Completely terrible but the OP was bomb as fuck, sometimes it just hops in my mind and gets stuck there all day
Fucking Bernie and his weird ass nigger lips. Occasionally funny show, but the art was ugly as fuck.
I never knew it was French until I looked it up just there, but it really shouldn't have surprised me.
I hope everyone who worked on that travesty is blacklisted from the industry forever. Then die of liver failure.
and "King Cheetah"
has this thing about huge pussies.
whoops didnt read the posts above yours.
more sleep for me.
Kind of like these?
this shit used to be on qubo every 4 hours between 2012-2014
I only know because my mother would watch qubo to keep her mind off the fact she was slowly dying.
it was either resigned to the 5-6 pm oddball time slot before night time adult shows were on the syndicated channels. Biker Mice from Mars suffered from that too. Would be on at odd hours. or they would air at 5 fucking AM when no one was awake or your folks were watching the news.
or that hour after all the good shows came on. aka, 11 am or 12 pm depending where you lived when the strange syndicated shows with low budgets came on. I remember this one REALLY FUCKING hard to find show would air at 12 pm in 1993/1994. Called Monster Mania or Monster Madness, and it was fucking shit, but trying to find evidence of it ever existing has bothered me, I only found one image of it, a grainy black and white poorly photocopied image of its title card on an obscure geocities page years ago.
oh and one of the characters was named "Maliboo" and I knew Jim Cummings did the voice of one of the characters.
I think it was just so fucking terrible someone tried to bury the show.
They're still doing more episodes, but the animation quality dropped and no more pantyshots.
...
atomic betty was awful, it was canadian, nothing but sugar coated retarded toddler fun with an insipid mush of things passing as "humor". literally only good as fuel for loli porn.
brandy's gimmick gets old very fast, she's a bitch in 90% of the episodes, in both senses of the word, and then learns a lesson and apologizes. in the ones where she isn't, she's usually the straight man and whiskers is the asshole, the humor had a little bit more cutaway gag on it, which is good when you use it in moderation. the toucan twins are pretty much the worst character, and im counting them as one because its a single one dimensional personality and gimmick for the entire series divided in two characters, which is to constantly have the opposite opinion and fight over it. overall show is good.
Atomic Betty needed better writing/stories.
The idea was good.
its not happening, humor is illegal in canada because it could offend somebody.
Remembered another.
Funny, I remember that show, the theme song especially.
I recently remembered the Legends of Treasure Island and it was a wave of nostalgia. I used to think it was amazing as a kid. I'm not sure how it held up.
...
What ever happened to Juniper Lee? It got cancelled right out of nowhere
I remember when they were showing it as a part of that cartoon pilot show. I still think the zombie girl pilot had the most potential.
Pig city.
i wanted to fuck juniper so hard back then, it was kinda shitty that the show was so short.
I still want to fuck her lemur form
Science Court was great and I don't think I've ever see anyone talk about it.
Anyone remember Crocadoo?
Or Oggy & the Cockroaches?
...
Because that was soooooooo long ago - oh wait Oggy is still running in Europe.
...
Oggy is huge in Asia
Of all places? Why?
I remember seeing an Oggy episode a little while ago on Boomerang, but it wasn't a full one, just some snippet… Severely underrated show.
Cartoon Network plays it a lot, I suspect that it has a cheap license or it's easier to air because of it's shorter running time
...
...
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
The Ripping Friends
Honestly what the fuck was up with this show?
John K show
ok then
I was too young to watch Ren and Stimpy when it aired. so Ripping Friends was my first experience with his style.
...
Anyone else remember Teacher's Pet?
Nathan Lane is one of my favourite voice actors tbh
That got a fucking movie
...
Remaking The Ghostbusters with hot chicks in bikinis is the only way an all female version would make money.
...
...
Movie must have bombed hard
That's exactly how I am with Sailor Moon.
Where was this even made? The accents sound all over the place.
He brought a gun to school, and went out in a blaze of glory.
fuck me i barely remember that, it was neat.
As hard as humanly possible.
Sadly, the tumblr-pandering comic is still around.
...
Well those foreheads sparked my memory.
Sweden apparently.
CYBERCHASE WE'RE MOVIN'
WE'RE BEATIN' HACKER AT HIS GA-AAAME
Fond memories. PBS kids was the shit, and it was the only thing my sisters and I could watch back when we were poor and had no cable.
I have never seen this mentioned on Holla Forums
or anywhere else.
...
I remember the petition to bring it back. There's no way in hell that show will ever be greenlit by today's Cartoon Network. They'd be triggered all the way to Mt. Everest.
That show helped me in elementary school math.
...
this show was my shit in elementary show
what ever happened to that fourth character they introduced?
I'm not the only one who watched this, right, Holla Forums?I loved the mechas designs and battles in this show when I was a ugly little spud.
...
It has been ages since I watched that show
Makes me wish other /tg/-related IP's had animated shows
i like that first neverhood pic
I don't remember that kid being so offputting looking
I heard about this fucking show and it was such a surreal concept to me. I ended up watching it with my girlfriend out of curiosity and it was as bad expected.
...
...
Why did you forget me, Holla Forums?
It wasn't until I was an adult that I realized that there was a weeb who worked on developing this series and stole a ton of things for it.

9/11 was almost 15 years ago.
do you have more from the artist that did fifth pic?
cant seem to find more in pixiv

Oggy is still going. Even got banned by Nick for showin those French titties
Fox Kids UK had a lot of obscure crap that nobody gives a fuck about.
Just how many things Walter Melon parodied? Also, the bad guy of that show kinda reminded me Joker.
I've been considering re-watching WM for a while. I remember liking it as a kid, but I'm aware my taste was super shit as a kid.
Should I?
I remember I would go full autist and draw everything in the background because I liked the designs.
...
...
...
...
Love me some Count Duckula. I remember when I was really young Nickelodeon must've got the rights to multiple british toons, because they played t his along with Danger Mouse regularly.
Read the French-Belgian comics, way funnier and slapstick ist. Though no 80 movie parodies I'm afraid.
Nigger what? How fucking old are you? I know for a fucking fact that they had re-runs until the late 2000's
...
One of my favorites back in the day.
And on that note. . .
Anyone else remember when cartoon network didn't have real commercials and stuffed the breaks with content of varying originality?
...
That show was cuter than i remember
...
...
This site provides All episodes of Sponge Bob English Hd high quality
...
...
Only 90s kids will remember this.
I'm surprised anyone managed to even find that show its so obscure.
It was the pre-Nicktoon era
yet they are now making the Jungle Movie
...
I always wondered what the fuck happened with the art style of that show. I assumed they took a huge blow to their animation budget.
...
Artist was drawing furry porn actually
All Disney artists draw furry porn, they just got caught.
Amalka
...
...
Are you serious?
That's american dragon right? Then yes, he is serious. So was the guy behind gargoyles as well, then again I guess that would depend on your definition of furry. It's all porn
...
...
...
...
...
Was this any good? I remember it looked cringy.
Yeah, it was too edgy, needed better writing.
...
FUCK
WHAT SHOW IS THIS I REMEMBER WATCHING IT YEARS AGO
Why are there no good lewds or even cutes of Olivia?
...
probably one of the worst things i've watched in my life, next to johnny test.
...
Seems a lot of movies from that era didn't get much art
There is even a good one with BOTH of them.
You are just too retarded to find it.
I liked it, too. I don't understand the hate against the style considering what crappy art styles people like, e.g. Hey Arnold and Ren & Stimpy. Especially because those had zero appeal.
I fucking hated that show to be honest…
Jeez is that Walther fucking Melon?
...
...
It was okay, but not great.
VOMIT
Also Angela anaconda, even as a kid I fucking avoided that show like the plague but it was ALWAYS ON.
...
...
seeing just how many cartoons used to air (even if they were of varying quality) just makes me so depressed at the dearth of animation nowadays. all of the best shows nowadays would be considered average back then because of the literal famine of good cartoons
...
having a fly character going through highschool is kinda silly
flies live for 1 week.
...
he has a robot suit fuck you.
I know it's Robot Chicken, but…
...
...
whats wrong with robot chicken?
80%
what?
...
...
...
...
...
hes riding that ass into the sky
That ass is magic.
i can never remember where she's from, but the hairdo is pretty unique
Why the fuck have I never heard of this, outside seeing the occasional lewd or two mixed in with other shit?
What's the unfortunate catch that ended up killing it before it could really thrive, assuming it wasn't just bog-standard network disinterest/insufficient funding?
...
Such an underrated show.
Wonder how many bronies want to fuck that horse
such strange things occupy your mind, user
...
Naw… I just wanna fuck Rudolphs girlfriend.
its coming back
kickstarter.com
...
Gonna need a full story on this.
I liked that show. It wasn't afraid of using dark humor or content and managed to use it correctly unlike another show involving an optimistic airhead, a stupid oaf, and a cynical snob
These where all great. There is a strip club by my job that is exactly like the pizza place in the weekenders. I swear to God every month or so it opens up as something new i.e Bottoms Up, Mile High Gentlemen's Club, Jane's Cabaret, and so on and so on. It's hilarious.
...
I saw this one time and almost had a seizure.
I'm not even epileptic
...
boy am I glad that Lady Oscar was the only queer cartoon character I grew up with
...
I NEVER ASKED FOR THESE FEELS
I never actually watched that. What was it about/why was it so bad?
Is that show considered good? It gave me a headache when I watched it.
Anyone remember this one (kids I think) CGI film/show about spiders?
Miss Spider's Sunny Patch Friends?
What, Hi HI Puffy? If I had to guess, waifuism.
In retrospect, it's really weird they made a cartoon about a Japanese band who's only claim to international fame was the Teen Titans theme song.
How a woman, who is raised as a man, be gay?
Didn't you listen at all the story? I have to say it was at times little bit of shocking when watching it as a child. All that literal backstabbing and poisoning one another. Also the prince of france was massive lock loving beta faggot.
Also here is superior finnish version of that ducktales intro.
Oh man, the creator of that show got screwed so bad I get so fucking mad every time I remember…
40 seconds in, is that Commissar Fuklaw?
I remember some of this stuff. Some others seem familiar but I can't say for certain whether I watched them.
...
to their credit, that whole show was japanese animated.
Hey guys check out this newfag.
I remember when it premiered.
I was already a sophomore in high school when it came out.
Also, watch this and then watch this show again.
Wonder if Japan's made any doujins for this?
but remember
heh
Tried WAY too hard to be gross and edgy. It wasn't even that gross and edgy, it just shone through that they didn't make any jokes because they knew the premise would be enough.
That and no likeable characters (outside of Julie and maybe the not-gay-but-gay-because-funny Dad). Basically what happens when Jonah Hill isn't a dumb fat sidekick.
This one will probably go over everyone's heads.
...
...
...
...
I'm not happy
...
Is there anything Simon hasn't drawn?
...
I watched this solely for the cheesecake.
...
Hmm… wonder if we can stil upload flash…

I was around ten when this show aired. I didn't understand what I wanted to do to Pippi, but I really, really wanted to do whatever it was. When I read Sarah, Plain and Tall, I had the same kind of feeling about Sarah.
Jesus… I loved this show, but all my memories are insanely vague.
I had the huggest crush on piper as a kid
The last one is traceworthy.
It's the bedroom eyes, right?
It's the pose. All you have to do is a character who screws her.
...
If you do this, please don't use the horse.
this intro is eerily similar to Avatar
