Knowing the character and his relation to another character was the surprise.
I read another that was all about another character who was supposed to have died in Spider-man in the 90s.
The comic from beginning to end didn't tell a good story because it assumes you've read years and years and years of earlier comics up to and including Golden Age shit.

Now DC has gone back to doing all that same shit again and so I feel like bowing out of big two cape shit entirely.
