To my knowledge, the original tomb was destroyed by Emperor Hadrian in 120 AD, and then in 132 AD a Temple to Venus was built covering both the tomb and the site of the Crucifixion. Then in 325 AD Constantine had the temple dismantled and replaced with the first Church of the Holy Sepulchre, with the rotunda built over Jesus' tomb, which they believed to have correctly identified. It was later destroyed and rebuilt multiple times, but to my knowledge no indication that it was moved. So, if you have evidence that Constantine picked the wrong tomb, go ahead and provide it. I'd find it highly unlikely, given that Christians would have undoubtedly remembered the location and passed that information down, but I suppose it's possible. As for the cite of the Crucifixion, that's less important, and the evidence is less, since it's based on Constantine's mother Helena supposedly finding a piece of wood from the cross, which would be surprising after 325 years, but not impossible.

2. Either way, I'm not sure why you think this is relevant. Do you imagine that Jesus is trapped in his own tomb or something? This isn't a D&D adventure book you're reading. Jesus is everywhere… if this church was moved to the other side of the planet, or even to another planet entirely, then Jesus would still be able to light the Holy Fire there just fine if he wanted to. And a central point to what Jesus preached was that the purpose of religion is not to be obssessive over autistic details, but rather to focus on the actual spirituality and enlightenment. This is also why Jesus undoubtedly doesn't give a damn whether the "true Easter" is the Orthodox one or the Protestant/Catholic one or neither (or the "true" date of Christmas, etc.). Christianity is not about ritual or symbolism. It doesn't ban those things, as humans often like to use ritual or symbolism to help them to focus on spiritual ideas, and for the sake of building up a solid cultural grounding, which humans find comforting. But it does emphasize that you should not let yourself get myopically lost in those rituals and symbols to the point where you can't see the forest for the trees.
