TwoMorrows kiboshed an interview with Dean Haspiel due to what they deemed to be excessive swearing (it was published as its own book by another company and they allude to it in the foreword). Darwyn was definitely one for sailor talk if you read his other interviews, I wonder if a similar thing happened here . . .

The last update I could find said that they couldn't work out a time in Darwyn's busy schedule to interview him or whatever
