Is there a reason you are running a 32bit system?
They brought arm based laptops to the market. And they use coreboot for the intel based machines. They also got pretty good battery life, if a Thinkpad isn't an option for you.

Keypoints: Windows 10 has a keylogger and uploads all your keystrokes every 5 minutes. Everything you type in Edge or Cortana is sent to Microsoft, along with any media files it finds. When webcam is enabled, 35MB of data goes to Microsoft.

Rarely use my newer lenovo EFI with plenty of problems.
afaik the ideapad series or G?? series were infected with superfish and a botnet bios (they even made a patch to remove both)
