Chromebook C720, anything else gives (indirect) money to M$

Dell lattitude d610
Works great with Lxle
the little mouse nub on the keyboard and the two sets of mouse keys make it very easy to use

Would you rather give money to jewgle?

Yes, they're much more friendly to free software and they don't really do anything too agregious

Thinkpad X200, librebooted.

Thinking of replacing my desktop with it for at least a week. That way I can see if I still need my desktop.

Thinkpad T400 running Libreboot and gNewSense as OS. I don't think I want another laptop

Lenovo-G50-70

Is there a reason you are running a 32bit system?

They brought arm based laptops to the market. And they use coreboot for the intel based machines. They also got pretty good battery life, if a Thinkpad isn't an option for you.

asus n53j

If you still need a desktop, there are now supported desktop motherboards with libreboot.

Also whats libreboot like? im gonna stick it on my x200 in a little while.

no

Pick one.

For my next laptop I want an absolute monster. Right now the candidates are a Lenovo P50 and the Dell Precision 7510. Both allow me to put in an XEON and 64 gb ecc ram.

How viable is idea of an external gpu right now?

Toshiba dynabook Satellite K31 240E/W
Comes with AMT and botnet but I trust it because japs and I'm using linux (limit virtual machine usage bc of vt-? exploits with AMT still exist)

Recently upgraded to dual channel 4GB RAM at the price of $6 each (in USD)

Rarely use my newer lenovo EFI with plenty of problems.

afaik the ideapad series or G?? series were infected with superfish and a botnet bios (they even made a patch to remove both)

AGPL killed jewgle's jewery of stealing GPL code and making them proprietary.
They even got angered about AGPL kek.

Forgot to mention it's chinese :)
