As a global moderator you can not moderate both local and global reports, only global reports. This may not be the case with admin, however.

Also you can't delete all posts site-wide by IP, meaning those bots that post the links to cp have to individually be deleted. You can globally ban the IP but still have to delete each post on each board manually.
