Digging required into the Carly Fiorina campaign

It ties into the Cuban Mistress Crisis and deserves its own thread.

Ted Cruz is alleged to have had an affair with Fiorina staffer Sarah Isgur Flores. In July 2015, one of his super PACs, Keep the Promise, donated $500,000 to Fiorina's campaign.

archive.is/HRmph

Another Cruz Super PAC, Make America Awesome, has the same address as Fiorina's campaign office.

This is some seriously shady shit and points to something blatantly illegal. Considering the money involved, this could be an even better lead than the love child thing.

Do we know if Liz Mair or Rick Wilson has worked for Fiorina's campaign? Directly or indirectly?

this could be a good trail to start with:

ballotpedia.org/Sarah_Isgur_Flores

I don't know. But I just found out that Robert Mercer used Keep The Promise's startup money to fund Fiorina's campaign, and he is most likely the one who quashed the Cruz affair story on Breitbart. The two campaigns are inextricably linked.

Why did Ted Cruz's PAC give half a million to Carly Fiorina's?

cbsnews.com/news/why-did-ted-cruzs-pac-give-half-a-million-to-carly-fiorinas/

"The Federal Election Commission (FEC) has asked a Ted Cruz super PAC to explain why it gave $500,000 to another super PAC supporting one of his Republican rivals.

According to financial disclosures from June, Keep the Promise I - one of four separate committees backing Cruz - gave half a million dollars to CARLY for America, the political action committee supporting Carly Fiorina.

Super PACs are legally allowed to give money to other super PACs - they are only prohibited from donating directly to any political campaign. But it's unusual for one of these groups to give money to an opponent, especially when the candidate it supports is still in the race."

Liz Mair’s Anti-Trump Super PAC Has Same Mailing Address as Carly Fiorina’s Campaign

archive.is/k3CPw

breitbart.com/big-government/2016/03/26/exclusive-liz-mairs-anti-trump-super-pac-has-same-p-o-box-as-carly-fiorinas-campaign/

" Mair’s PAC Make America Awesome is under fire after it ran a sexist advertisement in Utah featuring Trump’s wife Melania, a model, posing nude. The ad encouraged people to vote for Ted Cruz. Mair is open about the fact that she is helping to boost Cruz, though Cruz has denied involvement with the ad.

But how does Make America Awesome make money?

According to the PAC’s most recent report, filed on February 29, 2016, the group listed only seven donors as having given $200 or more, including consultant Juleana Glover, a former George W. Bush and Bill Kristol employee who now works for Teneo Holdings, an advisory firm linked to Bill Clinton.

The PAC takes money in envelopes at a PO box in Alexandra, Virginia.

“If you would like to donate by mail, send checks to: Make America Awesome PO Box 26141 Alexandria, VA 22313,” the PAC’s website states.

The PAC’s Facebook page also lists its address as “PO Box 26141” in “Alexandria, Virginia.”

That PO box also happens to be the mailing address for Carly for America, which was Fiorina’s presidential campaign and just re-launched as a nonprofit organization.

Carly for America was still listed at PO Box 26141 in Alexandria at the time of its last monthly FEC filing on March 20, 2016, according to the Federal Election Commission.

Carly for America Committee listed PO Box 26141 in Alexandria on its FEC public disclosure form on February 26, 2015.

Fiorina sent out an email on March 23 announcing that Carly for America is back, and will help to elect “consevative candidates.” Fiorina has endorsed Ted Cruz. "

Cruz has three super PACs with an almost identical name:

Keep the Promise I

Keep the Promise II

Keep the Promise III

Weird. Apparently Keep the Promise I is the PAC that donated $500,000 to Fiorina.

Most likely I'm not sure, it could have been Shapiro and a couple of others. The Wilks brothers are funding The Daily Wire where Shapiro is a senior editor or editor-in-chief and the Wilks brothers support Ted Cruz too.

Wilks / Daily Wire info:

archive.is/Cdrcv

they officially gave 15 million to Cruz:

archive.is/IVXQq

"Washington (CNN)—Two low-profile Texas brothers have donated $15 million to support Sen. Ted Cruz, a record-setting contribution that amounts to the largest known donation so far in the 2016 presidential campaign. Farris and Dan Wilks, billionaires who made their fortunes in the West Texas fracking boom, have given $15 million of the $38 million that the pro-Cruz super PAC, Keep the Promise, will disclose in election filings next week, according to sources outside the super PAC with knowledge of the giving. "

Background story on Mercer here:

Why is Texas so cucked?

Hmmmm.

I found an article stating that Liz Mair was at a party in Glover's home back in 2010.

archive.is/UBFgN

Wait, it's four super PACs with an almost identical name:

2.1 Keep the Promise PAC
2.2 Keep the Promise II
2.3 Keep the Promise III
2.4 Keep the Promise I

It's confusing. It must be on purpose.

Here's something else.

Both Carly For America and Make America Awesome have the same treasurer, Chris Marston.

Is it normal for one guy to be the treasurer for two rival campaigns? I guess if Carly For America folded he might have just needed the job, but considering they share the same address this seems awfully weird.

A little bump for visibility. It would be cool if we were more than two to dig.

Reminder: she was hired by the government of Azerbaijan to be a PR consultant for the regime headed by dictator Ilham Aliyev.

And Chris Marston is also the treasurer of at least one other super PAC, American Encore Action:

Is a Koch brothers vehicle having second act as super PAC?

sunlightfoundation.com/blog/2015/04/08/is-a-koch-brothers-vehicle-having-second-act-a-super-pac/

"Chris Marston, an Alexandria, Va., based campaign compliance consultant, is the new super PAC's treasurer, documents show. His large portfolio of conservative clients includes past work for the California Future Fund, another dark money group in the Koch brother's network. In a lengthy investigation settled in 2013, California's Fair Political Practice Commission found that CPPR, American Encore's predecessor, indirectly funneled more than $4 million to California Future Fund in 2012.

Calls and emails from Sunlight to Marston, American Encore and American Encore Action seeking clarification on any affiliation between the two groups were not immediately returned.

American Encore Action, the super PAC, will have to disclose all of its donors to the public, unlike the CPPR/American Encore, which has been one of the most vocal opponents of new IRS regulations that would draw new, stricter disclosure rules for dark money groups. The group reportedly spent $10 million on a national ad campaign against the proposed rules. "

Marston's company also shares the same address as Liz's super pac and Fiorina's campaign.

archive.is/my0wT

I have literally talked to Sarah Isgur Flores. She was a guest on a radio show locally. I'm gonna go through the old sound and see if she said anything about Cruz. She was campaigning for Carly on the air.

To add, I think the significance of this guy here is that he normally handles the money matters of super pacs. But this many at one time? Seems odd. I think this is part of Liz's original scheme to create a company to go after Trump that would not have to detail it's monetary issues. In this case, the purpose of any money passed can be kept vague and passed off as "letting some money guy handle it".
Liz has pulled shenanigans before.

Texas Lobbyist and Ted Cruz Operative Admits Origin of Campaign To Attack Donald Trump’s Wife…

theconservativetreehouse.com/2016/03/25/texas-lobbyist-and-ted-cruz-operative-admits-origin-of-campaign-to-attack-donald-trumps-wife/

"On Tuesday March 8th, Ted Cruz operative Andrea McWilliams, a Texas-based lobbyist, told Fox anchor Neil Cavuto that in light of former first lady Nancy Reagan’s death this week, “we should be looking at the first lady candidates, instead of just talking about the men.”

“If Donald trump is elected, Mrs. Trump will be the first first lady that has ever posed nude; the first first lady that’s the third wife [of the president]; and the first foreign-born first lady in this century.” She said, “by contrast,” Cruz’s wife Heidi would be “the first pro-life first lady.”

It was from this early Cruz strategy the Liz Mair Super-PAC “Make America Awesome” took their marching orders and began sending controversial flyers of Melania Trump to upcoming states. Thus kicking off the response from Donald Trump in defense of his wife. However, as will all campaign machinations and poorly hidden campaign to Super-PAC coordination efforts, there’s a little more to this story.

[he talks about Fiorina's super PAC and Liz Mair Super-PAC having the same address] "

in the comments someone talks about Chris Marston and it explains why the two super PACs have the same address:

" Both PAC’s (along with many campaigns and PAC) use the services of Chris Marston and his company Election CFO. That is their address. Note that the FEC filings for both PACs are signed by Martson, not because of some nefarious connections between them but because they both happened to use Martson’s company for their FEC filings and would use Election CFO’s PO Box for their official mailing address and also as the address to which to send donations as Election CFO provides banking and accounting services along with FEC compliance and reporting.

Here is a list of their clients in 2014 – the most recent year available on Open Secrets

>Another Cruz Super PAC, Make America Awesome

Make America Awesome is Liz Mair's operation, it's first and foremost an anti-Trump super PAC, it's pro-Cruz only because Ted is #2. It would have been pro-Rubio pro-Jeb! pro-anyone that was running against Trump. It's probably going to be a pro-Kasich PAC soon.

another bump

I have to say, it's a bit surprising that Fiorina is now actively campaigning for Cruz and defending him from these claims considering he supposedly fucked her own staffer.

What's her motive? It's as though she owes him big time for something.

She wants a VP spot for whomever the front runner is granted there is a brokered convention. She is actually quite establishment, solidified by her meeting with Romney last year where he gave her what amounted to as an endorsement at the time. It cracks me up that she is acting like a lawyer when she dropped out of law school.

This isn't directly related to the thread, but on that note, this woman Juleana Glover helped fund Mair's PAC to stump Trump, and look who she fucking associates with (this is from an article where she was still known as Juleana Weiss):

Rubs elbows with Saudi loyalists and considers Trump a threat. These elites are abhorrent.

interesting

…………..

Dont forget dan gabriel and that peter waldron fellow.

I know about Dan Gabriel

but Waldron was a dead end if I recall correctly. I should have saved the thread or maybe someone did but I'd have to search on Archive.is to find it. He's definitely suspicious because has two "PAC" that aren't registered at FEC, one is a for-profit and the other a non-profit or something like that but I don't know if he's really involved in something more besides renting his e-mail list to Rubio's campaign.

I hope your image is real, OP, because I just tweeted it to the whole Trump clan and to Iron Ann.

the address in Virginia is the address of Christopher Marston's company Election CFO

So it's not surprising they would have the same address if Marston is the treasurer of both super PACs.

But that's why I wish more people would search the FEC website to try to find interesting information about Marston.

Bump.

a little bump, for those who want to dig a little

I'm looking at those FEC results and nothing really jumps out at me so far. Marston seems to work on a lot of small-time campaigns as well as SuperPACS. It's a lot of information to process.

Again, I'm straying from the topic of this thread, but I'm looking at the individual donors to the Make America Awesome PAC, and holy fuck does Liz Mair associate with some sleazy people. The largest individual contributions came from an automobile dealer and then this guy Donald Gayhardt, who's the CEO of a payday loan company and a complete asshole (among other things, his employees won a class-action suit over wage-and-hour law violations):

preydaylenders.org/predator/donald-bad-boss-gayhardt/

I'm not sure which trail to follow so that's why I bump this thread from time to time. If people with more time than I can spend 20-30 minutes to dig a little maybe we'll end up discovering something.

speaking of super PACs:

Yes, it’s True – Ted Cruz May Have Violated FEC Rules With Super-PAC Coordination…

theconservativetreehouse.com/2016/04/06/yes-its-true-ted-cruz-may-have-violated-fec-rules-with-super-pac-coordination/

"Despite rather outdated FEC rules -which are supposed to block such coordination- Carly Fiorina ran her entire campaign almost exclusively through Super-PAC financing. We noted a few weeks ago that Senator Ted Cruz had shifted to a similar financial model as Fiorina.

Essentially both Fiorina, now Cruz, are pushing the boundaries on what is allowable in a post Citizens United campaign operation. While it is against federal campaign laws for Super-PACS to fund or coordinate with candidates’ campaigns, the rules are very ambiguous as to what constitutes “coordination“.

Most political observers have resigned themselves to see clarity only in the financial coordination aspect. Meaning it’s directly unlawful for a Super-PAC to give money to a campaign, but all other “in-kind-benefits” seem to float amid a rather grey area fraught with corruption.

However, that said, the Cruz Team may have officially crossed the tenuous legal threshold when their Keep the Promise Super-PAC coordinated an event, paid for 100% of the event, and then filmed the candidate at their event – turning over the footage for the official campaign to use in its campaign advertising."

(…)

"In order to determine whether or not the coordination broke FEC laws first a complaint has to be filed. Anyone can file a complain with the FEC on such matters. We are currently doing the research to determine if we have enough evidence to support such a filing.

In addition, the primary Super-PAC of Ted Cruz, Keep the Promise, is now managed / run by Kelly Anne Conway. Conway is trying to position KtP as a pro-Cruz Super-PAC and draw a distinction between being anti-Trump.

This nuanced political obfuscation is increasingly being used to create plausible deniability since the anti-Trump (GOPe) forces and Pro-Cruz (GOPe) forces have merged to try and destroy the candidacy of Donald Trump.

Senator Ted Cruz was never outside the “establishment”. Cruz was/is an establishment candidate no different from Jeb Bush or Marco Rubio. The Pro-Cruz sycophants are working earnestly to try and convince the electorate the only reason the Romney, Bush, McConnell and Paul Ryan clans are supporting Cruz is because he’s not Trump. "
