Maybe the first season, but even that gets outdone by the recent episodes of Flash.
Keep in mind that most of daredevil is filler, and that he doesn't even wear the costume until the very end. It's still better than Jessica Jones though, which has no costume and is ALL filler.

Haven't seen it since like last year but this is what I remember
Saw like 6 episodes it last year and that's what I remember. Can't imagine what more happened. Plus Viola Davis won a Golden Globe for the show and just spoke about race and being black woman winning the award and nothing about the show in her acceptance speech. That sorta hit the mark on another point for me.
