Yeah, the ending sucked. I don't think the ending would've worked as a happy ending though, considering the content of the movie.

Don't get me wrong, I love the ending, but it's hard to go back and watch it again knowing how it all turns out. I guess when the theme of your movie is that you can't run away from yourself, there aren't too many ways it could have ended anyways.
