Laughably bad CGI thread

.

...

...

pretty bad bit it's a tv show, so who cares.

this ain't the 70s, grandpa

in 2016, TV is a far better art form than movies

...

Maybe in some weird alternate dimension.

Maybe not laughable per se, but the CGI was bad enough to be jarring and terribly immersion-breaking. It's pretty shocking considering how well-done the Lacrimosa sequence was.

Definitely the low point of the film, by far.

watch it on youtube then

...

...

when did this come out?

almost exactly a year ago. August 7, 2015.

I came blood to this

Looks moderately okay. Look at the other entries mang.

...

...

heh

Since when did the couch gags take up a quarter of the show's time?

I grinned at "Max Power".

Obligatory.

So the simpsons went full-80s-hipster?

A new Spawn movie if not right would be the only capeshit movie I'd want to see.

Actually pretty cool.

When what's good 80's stuff.

Is that a reference to a Simpsons thing? I don't remember.

...

*Then what in your opinion is good 80's stuff?

The thing that bugged me the most about the Spawn movie was the fact that they didn't cast Keith David as Al Simmons. He did his voice in the animated series and since he's done on-camera work, he could have pulled it off.

I've always loved this movie.

someone post what passed for cgi in the new ghostbusters movie

It's pretty terrible in motion and jarring in context.

Have you seen the movie? If you have, you should know how infamous the whole dinosaur sequence is.

Again, have you seen other entries and what truly awful cgi is?

pure cringe

for the last 10 years or so, when the show started to be written by 10 year olds who think this is funny.

I win. Worst CGI ever.

All the CG from Godzilla 2000 was truly embarrassingly awful.

is that Iwan Rheon?

Its not like they have much of a choice, the buildings aren't exactly there anymore.

Why is this bad?

Yeah, Michael Jai White is pretty bland

Nope, it's Joseph Gordon-Lewitt

...

JUST

goddamn The Rock is such cancer

Hurricane pls go

...

I think it's more of he sticks out and doesn't blend in well with the shot. Along that he looks too good looking and looks like the wind isn't even touching him.

...

It did show why they didn't want to go CG with Godzilla, mainly due to the fact that they never had a "big hollywood budget" to get well blended CGi.

...

cgi is fine, it's a shit composing job

I remember when The Simpsons was good 80's stuff.

That was a long time ago, user.

...

Okay.. so what is exactly that "thing"? A vag-o-penis?

what the hell is wrong with you?

here's the unedited version

Orc dick, friend.

Real reason why the intro was changed

Why did the CGI in Jurassic Park age well, but not most of the CGI that came out after that?
