More like tryhard and cringeworthy.

What movie do you find disturbing?

I've seen more disturbing shit browsing chans for the past decade.

Gore, animal crush/torture, scat porn, CP, snuff etc.

It's difficult to watch him in this movie, I can almost feel his torture.

I'll have to think about the last time I was genuinely freaked out by a movie.
It certainly wouldn't be anything like A Serbian Film though.

Do you really find that shit anything but tryhard?
It's so ridiculously over the top and stupid that it it hardly qualifies as horror and is more along the lines of a dark comedy.

Did the rape scene from Irreversible disturb you?

Lol

A little bit.
They actually tried to make that look realistic though.
What got me the most about Irreversible was the bar fight where the boyfriend is about to get anal raped by the Tapeworm's friend and nobody in the bar even pretends they're going to stop him.
I guess it makes sense considering it was a BDSM club, but the thought of being assraped in the middle of a crowd while people just stand around and watch is horrifying to me.

The faggot getting his head crushed in by a fire extinguisher was a little overdone though. It starts off pretty gruesome and then it drags on and sort of loses its impact after the guy's head is flattened.

Just to clarify I meant the scene where Tapeworm rapes the girl in the first two lines of my post.

The French make some fucked up movies

...

Bump

I thought it was pretty good. You could see it was CGI, but it was definitely better than most CGI at the time. I read it was actually done with a mix of CGI and animatronics in the end. Either way, it was pretty realistic for what it was. I always got a raging erection and a warm feeling inside of me when I saw that scene. Something about shit people getting killed really makes me feel a bit less depressed.

I think it's the last two hits that ruin that part for me, because when you see the dude's head after that it just looks like they threw hamburger meat onto the ground, while in the blows beforehand you can see his skull is all fucked up and it's a little sickening.

For me I thought it was cool the boyfriend had a buddy willing to kill a motherfucker to literally protect his ass.

That's true friendship, man. Through the whole movie you could see the friend was a rational guy who knew it wouldn't end well, but he still went on with the boyfriend to make sure he was safe. He was kind of a spineless wimp in the beginning (or should I say the end) of the story, but that extinguisher part retro (or pro) actively made him a pretty cool guy.

I'm coming out of left field here with a question about the gf's rape.
Was there, or was there not a guy that shows up at the far side of the tunnel like half way through the scene then just turns around and walks off?

I remember seeing that the first time I watched the movie, but the last time I watched it I didn't see him.

It's a stupid little detail, but it's been bothering me.

There was. It was actually a member of the production crew that accidentaly wandered in. He didn't want to screw up the long take so he fucked off once he realized what he did, but Noe decided to keep it in there to showcase the indifference of bystanders.

...

Not gonna lie, i fapped several times to that scene.

This movie will mess with your head.

Honorable mentions:
Candy (best Heath Legend performance))
Red, White & Blue
Dancer in the Dark
Antichrist
Snowtown
anything with Paddy Considine

this one is absolute hell if you're afraid of crowds

Anybody know the name of the font used for trademark bullshit at the bottom?

Is this a french version of Falling down? Description sure sounds like it.

If Falling Down was ten times as realistic and ten times as depressing, maybe. Ten times as French too.

Boring garbage made by a butt-hurt Albanian.
What about Cannibal Holocaust? or Martyrs or anything other than what you just posted?

unlike all the previous examples, this actually happened

...

Please provide a list of non-anecdotal proof that was not supplied by the Soviet's.

What other movies though?

...

This is quite disturbing at times, not the violent parts either. vid not related, just a cool part of the film.

...

Subjective since it depends on whatever disturbs you.

House by the Edge of the Park fucked me up. It's just an unending rape scene really. I went in not knowing what it was so that was part of it.

Mark of the Devil I couldn't finish. Not sure what it was that got me, it's just an excuse for cheesy torture scenes but it got me. I was impressed a movie made in 1970 could make my skin crawl though.

Why don't you have a seat right here, in this FBI van.

Kill yourself, degenerate.

That's pretty funny.

So no one mentioned Cannibal Holocaust?

plebs

...

because it's not disturbing unless you're a 12-year old or a normie

best croat

I agree. Gore is more gross than it is disturbing anyway.

Human Centipede and the August Underground movies are pretty horrific. Also the French movie High Tension. The home invasion scene really fucked me up. To this day I can't watch the whole thing.

more like A Spergian Film

Anyone heard of Inner Empire by David Lynch? Some of those images were really disturbing.

Any really disturbing movies that aren't total pieces of shit?

...

I thought it was pretty funny.

Inland Empire? I like some of Lynch's work, but I just found that film mind-numbingly boring.

You're the kind of person I'd get all hot and bothered seeing killed. I'd probably shoot my load all over your corpse too.

*RECORD SCRATCH* *FREEZE FRAME*
See that guy right there? Yup, that's me. You're probably wondering how I got into this situation…

It's no worse than [generic zombie movie including Romero's tripe] except in camera and writing quality.

Noe's from South America, actually.

Dead Man's Shoes.

Popular opinion seems to be pretty divided on this one.
