For sure. Think it's just they took like five episodes to put the wig on so you're already used to her without it, and keeping it on just seems weird.
I'm digging the El character but not the boys she's stuck with. Literally every scene with them is just a dumb shouting match without any provocation or build-up. I sweat the black kid hasn't had a single line that wasn't angry or insulting.
Yeah he's an african't
On the 5th ep now and it's definitely taken a dip. The whole thing with the vale of shadows, D&D explaining everything that's happening is way too meta and comes off as lazy writing. Also still trying to figure out why anyone would care that mathew modine is in anything.
The black kid is literally there to fill race related quotas and I'm fine with that. It feels all the more like a shitty authentic 80s movie with him like that.
But in the one scene where he just shits on eleven, he's a total cunt. A total retarded cunt.
No shit people look bad in shit wigs.

The sisters a slut and I hope she dies

God damnit, I opened all those whos and even though I reloaded the tab they're still playing. It's been at least 5 minutes.
It looks like ScarJew
did the same except I started fucking around with them
I agree, also pic related.
Actual spoiler: I hope she's not dead, is that what the scene at the end of the last episode with Hopper leaving food hints at or was it just a sentimental thing?
Seriously, who the fuck is she?

Eleven on Stranger Things. Girl has an interesting IMDB page, she's evidently some kind of IRL Indigo child or something.
About to watch the last ep, highly recommend torrenting or watching if you have netflix. It's like an 8 hour ode to Stephen King and Steven Steilberg with references to both scattered everywhere with some Koontz thrown in too. Seen other anons say it's like Goonies but moreso ET.
My friend was watching this near me when I was at on the computer so I caught most of 5-6 episodes last weekend.
Cobble together 4-5 pointless relationship drama points. Constantly cocktease the sci-fi secret to keep people coming back.
One thing that annoys me is how they pointlessly play dramatic music that doesn't fit the scene at all. It's like an attempt to make the scene deep and meaningful when nothing is below the surface.
Well, there isn't much a point in him leaving so much food when she only showed an interest in waffles.
I'm more interested in knowing how the sheriff knows.
My take is she's stuck in the upside down and everyone's too fucking lazy to go look for her. Same with pic related, what's up with that? Never bother mentioning anything about her or her parents, doesn't pay to be a fat dyke in that town I guess.
Also funny at the end: Will is getting an Atari for Christmas and it's 1983, meaning his mom no doubt bought the ET game along with it. Poor kid's in for massive disappointment.
To be honest, I didn't like her face. Too masculine and too much androgynous. I seriesly thought that was an actor playing her.
With or without long hair

It was so bad that they buried the fucking thing underground to seal the ancient evil, you don't do that shit with any game cartridges
That' felt more like a plothole. You'd think that the mom would be incredibly weirded out by the other girl's behavior and start hounding her and setting cops on her. It could have made an interesting dynamic where the best friend's mom was just a total bitch for one episode.
Sadly, nothing is perfect.
The newspaper clipping shown at the police station at the end "dead boy alive again" or whatever seems like a major plothole too. His body is autopsied and buried now he's alive again, how does that work? Nothing to see here folks except an article in the local paper. $5 says they don't even bother explaining next season.
Did you miss the scene where he ripped it up and it was a doll?
