I'm noticing a pattern with a lot of these reviews and it's that they don't want to talk about the movie itself. They all talk around the movie.

But none of them actually take the time to talk about the movie itself. What about it was funny? What do the actors do that makes them good? What did the director do to enhance this movie?

I'm getting some people to go see every other movie playing this weekend BUT this shitfest, but don't want to accidentally give the studio responsible any money.

The full review's screenshots didn't have the reviewer past Elvis' mansion. Meaning, he played less than 10% of the game. The review pretty much boils down to "Why don't I get a full health bar in every area?" and "This game is frustrating, and I don't want to see the loading screen so much."

They later had to re-review it due to the backlash, basically stating God Hand is a love it or hate it game. The complaints of the initial reviewer, Chris Roper, pretty much showed that he played very little of the game and put minimal effort into his review. This should have been a giant red flag regarding game journalism from way back in 2006.
