Dukes of Hazard started in the 70's so should be considered a 70's show. If not and decade overlap counts then this is the best 80's theme by far.

They now do off-brand Homestar cartoons for Disney (and sometimes real Homestar cartoons). The days when they were THE internet cartoon guys are over.
