I mean the show has always leaned more to the left but yeah, at least back in the 90s they weren't afraid to poke fun at both sides. Still I don't think the show in its current form is as cucked as some Family Guy episodes.

it was the episode where Lisa was president in one of Barts visions, wasn't it? the vision was given to him by the native american in the casino.
milhouse says "the deficit from president trumps mandate left us in debt with every single country in the world" then follows with something about their biggest mistake being investing in children, which gave modern criminals knowledge and the ability to commit crime without sleeping.

a lot of you guys are really young, aren't you? this stuff comes and goes in waves, I remember "real men don't eat quiche" causing controversy when I was a lad. there was a lot of talk about "caring, sensitive" men and "stoic, traditional" men.
"what is the role of men & women in society" is always something people are asking; unfortunately the only constant is change.
I like the episode where Lisa tells Marge that the police only exist to enforce the status quo, and that jamming people into crowded prisons is only causing more problems. now they just waste time with social bullshit.
