Has Call of Duty surpassed action flicks?

I haven't seen any action flick that looks this exciting at least in these two decades. Maybe Independence Day 2 will be able to compete, but WHERE THE FUCK ARE MY ACTION FLICKS??? Do I have to buy CoD to enjoy fun action scenes?
