A weekly food plan that scales up to a year in variety complete with pricing.Here's what I've got so far.For 55 dollars a week you can have3 gallons of milk4-7 lbs of meatAnd enough veg, fruits eggs and grain to complete the meals plans with fruit nuts and chocolate for regular snacking.
