I don't really try hard on deadlifts or bench so idk.
In fact I don't lift at all anymore. My strength is okay and endurance matters more anyways. I'll probably do a bodybuilding program if anything, strength training is a meme.

bout a year tbh, if lifting more weight is your objective try doing very heavy weights at about 2-3 reps for 6 sets. However if you can do 115 for 5 you can do 135 for sure. remember yo eat and sleep too.

Agreed, with the exception of rowing machines. Ergometers are possible the single best thing you can do for your overall strength and muscular endurance, aside from rowing an actual racing shell.
