i think that socialism was a proposed solution to 20th century problems of mass industrialization, and now we face different problems, so locking yourself into such a narrow paradigm as that is tankie at best, reactionary otherwise. in an evolving universe, he who stands still goes backwards. the new way of living will be as radically different as feudalism was to the hunter-gatherers.
