DPRK's foreign minister Ri Su-yong to speak next at UNGA

youtube.com/watch?v=iNipaxl5Chs

Will be worth a watch

Starting now

This Iran thing is a true nightmare in the making that will make Iraq look like a picnic, but still a few years away. They'll probably lob a few missiles in to Iran and reimpose sanctions.
When you see Israel-Palestine negotiations begin (which will amount to nothing) you'll know full scale war is coming. That has to be done before Iran gets a nuke which they will surely try to do ASAP (realistically 5-10 years) after the US breaks the deal.
That is why the US is so keen to see Iran's military capabilities, it wants to know how long it has.
The main aim is to start a literally farcical round of negotiations with Abbas to show the "international community" to normalise Israel relations with other countries, with the aim of pushing the Zionist agenda even harder. They have Egypt, KSA and UAE hanging on their every word and banning BDS which shows how strong their lobbying game is now - they want to expand that ferocity everywhere.

No. The US would have to fully mobilize to go after Iran militarily because the Iranians will not just sit there and take it. Irans entire military apparatus is designed around defending against a US led coalition.

interesting speech. I'll try to post it once it gets uploaded later.

Cool of them to show solidarity with Venezuela, Syria and Cuba

Some highlights:

Iran will take it, just like they took air strikes before, just like Pakistan took endless drone strikes despite being China's BFF.

I don't feel like posting any links, but the virality of this #TakeAKnee shit today is pretty fucking nuts

I confess this is at least one order of magnitude less than I expected. I mean this is France for fuck's sake.

Are they still whining about muh cyberviolence?

wtf I love the DPRK now!?

That's the weird thing about DPRK, hypocrites and tyrants that they are, their criticisms of the US are never off.

yeah honestly the whole release from Kim Jong when he called trump a dotard was pretty reasonable, minus the end where he went right back into brinkmanship

When did they take air strikes? And the US droning Islamists in Pakistan is not the same as striking Iranian infrastructure.

There's nothing else for KJI to do besides brinkmanship. Deals with the US aren't worth shit so you can only hope the US cares about SK and Japan enough not to get them bombed.

Bernie Sanders Says He Would Consider Cutting U.S. Military Aid to Israel, Improve Ties With Iran

I'm beginning to wonder, as impossible as it may sound, if there's some unknown interaction between the climate and the way plates move, perhaps speeding up their slide. I have no idea how that would happen, or what interaction that would be. And this is all but a pseudo scientific observation with no evidence for it whatsoever.

But if Earthquakes climb at the same rate as hurricanes, etc extreme weather. One might wonder what interaction plays between the changing atmosphere and changing ocean's effects on the way geologic activity moves.

This is just a complete asspull, but I wouldn't be surprised if there was some sort of subtle interaction. The way certain waves move in the ocean can only be contributed to Chaos Theory because of the overwhelming complexity of how ocean tide and climate interact with one another. End results can form rogue waves, etc. The ocean is a titanic force of nature, and I'm reserving the possibility that it may well be powerful enough to change geologic activity.

If this would be true, climate change becomes an even more titanic problem then what it already seems. The oceans changing alone is downright apocalyptic over time, but if it the ocean plays an unknown role in geologic activity of the planet.

Then how extinction events played out in the far distant past, far before the Dinosaurs would make more sense in context. They were far more severe, more geologic. A young earth, with a young ocean, were it to be true, would be twice the hazard to life on Earth. Changing atmosphere changes the oceans, which, again an asspull on my part, change the rate of geologic activity. It all links together making extinction events.

I'm under the impression the way the climate can change is far, far worse then what we're aware of. And the way different parts of our Earth interact may be linked in ways we simply aren't aware of now. Pressures may exist where we never looked before, or are too complex or minute to think of.

Interesting………………….I wonder why they would back people who hate "the elites"? :v)

Not shitting it up I guess?

Is the anime any good?

I love it. It's hilarious, but you have to like the harem/ecchi genre in order to enjoy it. The special mini episodes that came with the Blue rays are also straight up softcore porn.

The anime butchers the plot in order to fit in the first 6 novels in 12 episodes (fuggen gabidalism :DD), but the manga does a pretty good job at being faithful to the light novels, and it's less ecchi than the anime if that bothers you.

alright if you guys are gonna hijack the thread for anime, I guess now's a good a time as ever to ask for anime recommendations.
I took a break from anime but I just recently got back into watching. Just before the break I watched Erased and Kiznaiver. Since I've started back, I watched Kill La Kill and just finished Re:Zero.

I'll add this to the list but anything else you guys think I should check out?

Interesting. I'll check it out when I can.

I've recently started watching Kokoro Connect & Gabriel Dropout. Check those 2 out if you want.

thanks! I'll add them to my list

Apparently there was recently an anime convention in Baghdad. I'm hoping that in the near future similar events happen in Rojava. I can't help but imagine something like Genshiken being produced, but with dank communalist overtones.

Still think Ping Pong: The Animation is anime of the decade

I would seriously recommend Kitakubu Katsudou Kiroku (although the first episodes are generic and even a bit nonsensical, the later ones have insightful jokes and very entertaining overall), Etotama for mindless stupid comedy, Noragami for action, Kanojo ga Flag wo Oraretara for 'what the fuck just happened?' in the later episodes with a dose of harem comedy in the first ones, and Watashi ga Motenai no wa Dou Kangaetemo Omaera ga Warui! for a cringefest if you can relate to a socially inept character.

I want to rewatch Gatchaman Crowds. I watched it as a normie and felt it was a good action show, but now as a leftist I think it can have interesting commentary on social media and mass and collective behavior. I think that the 2nd season tries to be critical of leftism and the desire the 'unite as one', but we can argue that leftism actually uphold individualism more than capitalism.

Schwarzesmarken features the DDR and the main characters are patriotic socialists, but the actual series dwells more on the personal problems that the characters face, which to me is always a missed opportunity.

Hi☆sCoool! SeHa Girls is good if you are a oldschool gamer or at least know some pop culture about sega games.

Some notoriously reactionary series to watch and rage/laugh at them Gate: Jieitai Kanochi nite, Kaku Tatakaeri (whitewashing imperialism), Kantai Collection (cute imperial japan ships doing cute things), Psycho-Pass ('it may not be the perfect system but it's still the best one there is'. I would recommend to watch this one though).

Outbreak Company is similar to Gate, but instead of outright invasion, the government at first tries to infiltrate the new world by literal cultural capitalism. The series is more focused on comedy than GRORIUS NIPPON, and the main character ends up rebelling against the imperialists to protect his new friends, so I actually recommend it. He never gives up on introducing otaku culture to the new world IIRC, though.

Some other anime I commend: Rokka no Yuusha (adventure), Mahou Shoujo Ikusei Keikaku (action), Handa-kun (comedy), Log Horizon (adventure, worldbuilding), Zetsuen no Tempest (Drama), Koutetsujou no Kabaneri (zombies and action), Zettai Bouei Leviathan (Cute dragons doing cute things), Nanatsu no Taizai (action, adventure), Plastic Memories (drama, world with humanoid AIs), Pupipo! (slice of life and short episodes), Junketsu no Maria (Liberal witch wants to stop the 100 years war with peace, but I still like it despite that), 91 Days (drama, revenge), Flip Flappers (2deep4u magical girls)

People on 4/a/ usually linked Shimoneta to Iu Gainen ga Sonzai Shinai Taikutsu na Sekai with leftism because the characters try to stir up a sexual revolution in a world completely sexually repressed, but personally it's not my cup of tea. This show is ultra lewd as well.

I forgot, but I would also recommend Ore, Twintail ni Narimasu for mindless comedy fun.

Anime posters should be killed.
Seriously. Why is this shit allowed? It's basically child porn.

WATCH JIN-ROH

ayy lmao my dude, you've got some good stuff waiting for you
I recomend Akira, Evangelion, Monster and Darker Than Black

Get a load of this sectarian.

wow! thank you for this! Definitely gonna screenshot and I should be set for a while with this. I haven't even heard of most of these so I can't wait to check them out.

Noragami I have been REALLY meaning to watch but totally forgot about it until now. Psycho-Pass I started watching but didn't finish for some reason.

Just checked it out and I want to watch now off of the animation alone

can't tell if sarcastic or not

Good going Holla Forums mods. Fucking faggots.

Holla Forums is a freeze peach zone, user.

More like a "divide and conquer tactics are encouraged as long as the mods agree with your retarded opinions" zone, but that doesn't really sound as good.
Reddit are clearly welcome here.

what if the anime consents?

link?

I had this on my backlog for some time.
Might watch it soon since next season seems to be pretty trashy.

what a waste

Kemono Friends

Shinsekai yori.

People who keep up with anime are garbage.

I'm still not sure what message this anime was trying to convey. Especially the ending was fucking surreal. Maybe I should read the book finally.

Thank you news user!

I don't think that it was trying to convey a specific message, but I enjoyed the story and it's themes. Maybe the ends don't justify the means? Or maybe it wants you to question the established narrative of society and break the rules when it is necessary?

nyaa.si/view/949804

All the chapters + specials. Otherwise I don't know, some streaming site may have them but I don't stream and streaming sites usually have ads, spywares and shit.

Me too, it's just that the scene I posted left me somewhat weirded out, from a subversive little shit to becoming the next Big Brother and breeding murdercats?. Though now that I think of it, Psycho Pass had a somewhat similar theme.

Some recent comfy fantasy adventure series
This one is currently airing, does a lot of parodies to old JRPGs (mainly Dragon Quest) also Kukuri is a miracle of the universe.
Watch the original, the sequel who is currently airing isn't as good.
Meme girl tries to find parts of her dead dad, everyone is also names after soviet cars.
Retarded dragongirls going on a adventure, the series feels like a /tg/ campaign.
The most popular on /a/, and the best thing DEEN has done on years.

Also, it's not fantasy, but I also recomend Koukaku no Pandora.
It's made by the creator of GitS and the creator of the Excel Saga manga and it feels like a mishmash of both.

choose one

And that's putting it lightly.

Watch SukaSuka, it's good.
