Tactic for disenfranchising trumptards

Hello all. I havent been posting in a while because of school Im finishing up for my doctorate in clinical psych with a focus on socio-politics And I've been putting together a study for the past 4 months, which I believe is going to have some real interesting results if it keeps going the way its going.

Anyway… The study I've been working on basically amounts to picking the brains of conservatives to figure out what mental processes are the most common among them in an effort to define a trigger or set of triggers that is most likely to snap them out of it.

A lot of what I have found are triggers that work on a small section of conservatives such as the following:

Most of my findings go like that.. pretty much a bunch of stuff we could have already suspected to be the case. But I did find something EXTREMELY interesting:

I recently created a new set of questions and conducted a study of 2,000 conservatives with every age and race represented accurately. And there was one question that caused 95% of the study participants almost have a mental breakdown. Many of them actually panicked when they realized they could not answer the question the way they would have thought that they would want to answer it.

The question was:

Now that Trump is in the White House, how do you feel about his CIA working with and aiding ISIS in the Syria?

The question was given along with news excerpts about various fighting in Syria that had hints of a conspiracy theory about the CIA, or american military, working with isis.

I'm not the best at designing things that would go viral on social media but I believe it would completely fracture the conservative base if someone could make an image or copypasta that would be shared and ultimately posted where as many conservatives as possible could see it.

To get things started, I tried making one, hopefully someone else can make something that has more viral potential.

You're an asshole to be honest.

for studying the enemy and finding their weakness? No, Holla Forums, you are the asshole

I'm not Holla Forums.
Running thousand+ subject psych studies just to trigger Trump voters seems like a shitty thing to do. I dunno. Jussayin'.

Disenfranchising them = they are less likely to support trump throughout his time in the white house and when it comes up to who he supports in the midterm elections and his campaign for re-election.

I fail to see how anyone aside from Holla Forums could have a problem with that.

Who they are gonna support then? Hilary? Binden? Another corrupt democrat babykiller? Trump is no different from obama

You remember when people asked this question about Obama's supporters and somehow the answer most people missed is "no one"?

So no one votes, and?

I mean, ok.
I just find your means of doing this really shady. I mean, maybe it's important, I don't know. It seems like something the DNC or GOP would do, but I guess that's why they win elections.

Btw is this an America thread?
I hate America!

"And" nothing since I was just answering your question and am not the other poster. It's just the reverse image of the US conservative strategy which is "get traditional leftists to stay at home" so the only "leftists" that end up voting are the traditional Shillary bloc. If they can drive down the left and leave their only opposition as milquetoast liberals than they don't have to connect their message as hard.

I'm assuming the plan here is if you drive down right wing engagement hard enough and the only real opposition becomes libs on your right then winning is easier but I'm not sure it's the strategy I would personally advocate for since our policies actually have the potential to connect so we don't need to drive down engagement to win in the first place.

more delegitimisation of 'democracy'
more impetus and less mental barrier for extraparliamentary political action
how can it be anything but good for us? especially if it is conservatives and other reactionaries who are put off of political action or consciousness?

you fucking buffoon. If you disenfranchise conservatives and cause a rift among them its not that they dont vote, its that the ones who do vote will not vote for the same candidates and meaning they dont win seats in 2018 and we take back the seats we take the seats that were lost due to the dnc's ineptness.

I'm glad I started this thread… The responses are more shocking that the findings of my study. No wonder we lost none of you want to win. All the crying… all the protesting… all the rioting… Does it really amount to nothing more than a lifestyle choice?

...

Neera Tanden please go

They are already disenfranchised, that is why they voted for Trump in the first place.

are you shitposting?

In theory they have the potential to connect but empirical evidence shows there is a large percentage of people who have it bounce right off their heads. Is it because they are morons? maybe. Is it because they have some ironclad desire to hateful? maybe. I don't know what could be attributed as the one overarching reason for the existence of these people and their complete aversion to change. But to say it doesnt exist or to say its inconsequential is a little foolhardy I think.

I can see why some see the op's idea/purpose as being deceitful. Ultimately it is. But the way I see it is: If you have a belief, and you believe that belief to be the answer to almost every problem and will result in a much better world, then isn't it worth trying every strategy to make it a reality?

We should be doing everything possible to bring about change. If the ops idea works and gets 15% of 'mainstream conservatives' to stay home and not vote or throw away their vote on a fluff candidate, it could be just enough to ensure victory in the next set of elections. And if that happens then op is a hero in my book.

We aren't Donkey's.

Thats disenfranchisement that backfired. They were brought to be disenfranchised in the gop and then they re-enfranchised around a populist fascist. If they were actually disenfranchised their votes would have been split among libertarian candidates or what ever.

Disenfranchisement is what happened to them in 2012. A bunch of them either threw away their vote on ron paul or didnt vote at all and romney got bitch smacked.

Fascism arose as a response to a unique historical situation in Europe, i.e. the looming shadow of the USSR combined with the Depression threatening to throw Europe into revolutionary turmoil. Trump is about as fascist as slay queen hilldawg

No. The dnc lost those seats due to ineptness. So WE take those seats back. And it would be much easier to get the libtards to vote for a real leftist candidate if the republican base is disenfranchised and weak.

first, define "fascism"

Which is to say "more than libs like to pretend depending on who they're rooting for". At it's heart fascism is still the merging of government with private industry and both those cunts would push this continuing trend.

fuck shitposting flag, but you get the point

so Fascism has already been the status quo for 30 years then.

But that's socialism user :^)

They also voted for Obama because they were disenfranchised. Further disenfranchising now will turn more and more into actual fascists. It is already happening.

WE never had any so fuck off Donkey.

to be honest what is going on isnt strictly fascism I don't know what I would call it but the merging of government and industry has turned into the merging of government and industry which has become a government in its own right.

...

The ones who would have gone fascist anyway if and when we achieved a true leftist government. I don't think there will ever be a way to get the vast majority of them to not be prone to fascism. Its better they show their hearts now than as an insurgent group later.

Take them back as in take them back, into our possession. As in the seats are over there to the right and we go over there, take them, and bring them back with us.

I am terribly sorry that I expected you to use inference.

Here's a good article about the CIA's
financial and propaganda support for al-Nusra and other jihadist groups, via The Syria Campaign.

I know you're trolling but socialism abolishes private industry and you can't merge with something that doesn't exist

It's been a slow burn but yes, the US is becoming increasingly fascist and it has nothing to do with "le cheeto face xD". It's nothing new either as plenty of leftists have remarked that liberal democracy has an inevitable decay into fascism, as well as fingering the US for the next most likely nexus of fascism

socialism merges with private industry so that private industry doesnt exist. :^)

shitposting aside Im starting to fear that true socialism is impossible because the clean slate is impossible.

That's what posadism is for

...

...

I have a riddle for you:

There was a man with seven barns
each barn had seven cows
each cow had one calf per year
each year it cost one calf to feed seven cows
a barn costs seven cattle
assuming the man wanted to own as many barns as possible how many would he own after 5 years
none property is a social construct

Maybe these jokes of yours work in some alternate universe.

Trumpbabies don't deserve the respect you give them.

Anyone who didn't support the Democrats (or any other socialist candidate) should be gulaged. In the mean time the least we can do is organize protests and beat the shit out of a few of them. Trying to "convert" them just isn't worth it. They will never be feminists.

Bait: 2/10
Try again Holla Forums, at least lurk this time.

it not being funny is the joke. Too many on the left are so enveloped by the end goal they want to see that they lose the forest for the trees.. or in the case of the joke, and my point, they lose the problem for the solution.

Basic geography test before you cast a ballot.

You're welcome.
