OP, all these terms you use are thrown around by Marxists and Anarchists of every stripe while virtually never being clear about what they mean by them. And they do have multiple meanings. Would rationing consumer products by a labour-voucher system (can't be given directly to other people, can't be used to obtain means of production, aren't inherited, don't go to the factory producing the particular thing you obtain with it) constitute commodity production or not? Different people say different things about that (my answer is no). The way the ruble worked in the USSR seems to be somewhat closer to labour vouchers than currency in the capitalist sense, though you could give them to others. Cult of personality is whenever somebody is popular that you don't like. People need a buffer for bad circumstances and improving productive capacity, so people have to produce more than what would directly go to their own consumption, whether left "intellectuals" consider that exploitation or not seems to hinge on personal misgivings about this or that political leader. I don't know by what measure one would call Enver Hoxha a theocrat.
