I was confused at first, wondering why you would hate rap rock that much you'd want to ban the whole genre.
In all seriousness, I don't think those fringe groups that do not seek mainstream acceptance in the first place and just revel in being as edgy as possible should be left to rot in their own filth, because that's what they enjoy the best anyway. Sometimes they even produce actually good music, it's just that it's targeted to a niche audience of people with a S&M-like fascination with morbid stuff.
Also, I find it very funny that someone nicknamed "El Duce" would die by being run over by a train. Seems like it was on time alright…

Why would you even bother? All they do is write shock-oriented lyrics, which aren't even remotely shocking compared to bands that would come out even ten years later. Why would any sane leftist want to create an organization with the ability to shut down and arrest people on the basis of writing something against common moral grounds? That would quite easily open up a chance for anyone to be prosecuted for anything remotely 'out there'.
