The difference is that the law of value didn't determine production in the USSR, so it can hardly considered SocDem. Meanwhile Rojava not only plans on keeping private property, they also want entrepreneurship. It's MarkSucc, libertarian SocDem or whatever, but it isn't socialism. Plus it's fucking propped up the US, so barely self-sufficient.

Nor will anyone want to support your snowflake ideology once Rojava stops being useful to US interests.

I can't comment on Rojava much, I haven't been following them recently, but IIRC they kicked a bunch of private land owners out of their country and collectivized their land, so are you sure they want private property?
Regardless Bookchin didn't organize this, he was dead before it, so not sure how that inherently matters.

Pure idealism. Communism is nothing but the other side of the coin for capitalism, the logical negation of its flaws and contradictions. As long as capitalism exists, communism will be its solution. It will be implemented, under that name or any other, as a result of the continued degradation of the capitalist system and the decline of the standards of life of the populace as the rate of profit keeps dropping and the price of labor keeps declining, not because they believe in some spooky ideology or another.

Do you actually understand what communalism is? I'll admit I haven't read every bookchin work, but its largely concerned with the organization of society that will bring about more or less the same things Marx wanted. There are certainly some things Bookchin disagrees with Marx on, but his theory largely isn't either contradictory nor separate from Marxism, as it is anticapitalist.

Literally the majority of his work is focused on how cities should be organized in Marx's stateless soceity. Why not try reading him instead of basing your conclusions on tankie shitposting in the darkest corner of the internet?
