One part he only indirectly alludes to is that while 1st-world fertility has been near or under replacement rate for decades, 3rd-world fertility has been dropping as well.

Mass immigration helps "fix" both "problems", by increasing population pressure in 1st-world nations (thus disrupting organized opposition to the repeal of working class reforms), and by decreasing population pressure in the 3rd-world (thus decreasing incentives to limit population growth).
