Isn't it hard to notice that most people have a moral compass (which they can choose to ignore), and that there is no way to justify certain acts (such as murdering for cannibalistic purposes innocent people, and not for your survival) without having to account for mental illness mental impairment?
To say that there might be no ultimate moral truth does not mean that every single moral statement is useless and necessarily biased. More importantly, if you can recognize such biases you can recontextualize and factor them in your judgement. We're still capable of thinking creatively, after all.
