I've discovered why environmenal/class conscious 5013/4c NGO's don't work even if they're non-profit.
They're still corporations and making money is still their ultimate goal. Just because they don't make a profit doesn't mean they still don't need money to survive. They do the same illicit business practices corporations do and treat their employees like shit.

yeah there's probably more i missed, ended up getting fired at the end of my first month for not recruiting enough people lol. the face2face recruiters bring in about 90% of the NGOs money and get treated like absolute shit for it
