Communism is dumb. Collectivism always leads to dictatorships where a few really hold power over the majority. Giving the power to a few always leads to oppression of the individual. It's built on a false notion that a few in power have the best interest at heart, and that voting makes changes. In reality, they only care about their own self interest and the votes don't matter because by the end of the day the few in power still hold a monopoly on force.
That is why capitalism is better. If we just get rid of the state, and have the capitalists be free to do what they want without the fear of coercion against them then we will have true freedom. Giving more freedom to the capitalist will beneficial to all individuals. The capitalists needs to make the consumer happy and will always try to please them. Capitalists are always for their own self interest and this benefits everyone. Money is just like voting but with real results.

What is a collective if not a group of individuals? The "individualism" of liberalism and "collectivism" of communism is a false dichotomy so long as both treat the individual and the collective as separate subjects. The reality is that you can't step on collective rights without stepping on individual rights and vice versa. The only real "individualism" is the Max Stirner kind, which would shit all over your private property and NAP and is more compatible with dictatorship since its entire basis is might makes right.
