Fighting Revisionism

Since history evidently tells us that communist revolutions only seem to happen in the periphery and not in First World as Marx predicted, what measures can we implement to stop revisionists like Cornholio from taking power once the socialist build-up of industry is finished?

Maoism claims to be a more evolved stage of Marxism-Leninism but the takeover of Deng implies that Mao's anti-revisionism didn't work. Is it possible to separate Mao's actual policies from his ideas and put notions of mass line and self-criticism to good use?

Fuck, no. This is some alternative-facts MTW bullshit, based on a high school education and nothing more. There's a historical feather width between our timeline and one with a communist Germany or France.

Nah, not gonna go on.

You're right about one thing though: you're gonna have to find a new way to successfuly hijack a workers' movement again, because this time nobody will trust you for shit given the fact that you've near ruined everything with your "pragmatic" centralization without proletarian direction.

What did he mean by this?

Especially after that little margin of opportunity for a socialist revolution in Germany was gone, porky did everything to avoid any such chance again. The New Deal, outsourcing, neoimperialism, consumerism etc. made the change for a revolution in the West incredibly small. Also, that the biggest contemporary communist movements are almost entirely based in developing countries while the radical left is marginalized in the West is a simple fact.

You had nothing substantial to contribute anyway

Are you seriously still going on about the Paris Commune? That's like when AnCaps talk about medieval Iceland. All your examples resulted out of war and turmoil, something that is very unlikely to happen in the West within the next 50 years.

Oh well. Holla Forums has really gone to shit, hasn't it?

Damn sight better than Maoist jargon, go back to jerking off about your highest stage of the immortal revolutionary science.

Are you seriously still going on about the USSR? Fuck off with your anti-materialism.

Also how the fuck did they and China not "result out of war and turmoil"?

But seriously, if you wanna go over to CAR or Pakistan or whatever and """"""make revolution"""""" then please, be my guest. Either you'll be a total failure (why aren't Burkina Faso, Honduras, Peru, etc. evidence for revolutions not being able to occur in the periphery?), or you'll be a success and you can reenact the wonderful Marxist-Leninist text "State Capitalism and You: Getting to the Geopolitical Big Boy Table".

The USSR actually managed to survive and thrive against greater odds than the Paris Commune. That's why I'm going on about it. What's the point of reviewing a short-lived historical anecdote? Marx already did that (and critisized them for not being tankie enough btw).

Analyzing where and under what circumstances revolution occurs is no anti-materialist you faggot

And? Did I say they didn't? Make an argument or piss off you piece of shit

Take your meds

...

all power to the soviets

There is no magic button that will stop revisionists like based Cornman, you just need vigilance on the part of the population and officials.

Honestly it's a myth that this would be anti-revisionist. What we can learn from the Soviet experiment was that council communism leads to a different kind of bureaucratic milieu consisting of "professional" politicians and officials. Besides the, the Soviets were never abolished. What was a failure of the USSR after Stalins death was to stop efforts to resolve the dichotomy of state and party.

In general I believe that instead of having a pyramid system of councils, we should rather focus on reciprocal participation within the state apparatus. Bottom-Up democratic elements are necessary as a form of feedback system, but for a feedback system to work we must merge party and state better.

You are agreeing with Mao there. But this is easier said then done, because "promoting values" is a idealistic concept. Rather we should try to establish an environment which perpetuates that sort of mass line.

Cuba is just about to become revisionist. So I'd say it's pretty damn relevant

they might qaswell have been

greentext refers to

*might aswell

This is why I advocate merging party and state so you don't have an institutional power struggle there

In China, one definite mistake were the Red Guards.

Not in the sense that we don't need such things, but in the sense that they were composed of fanatical students. It wasn't multi-generational etc. So they more or less overdid what they were to do, they didn't represent every part of the proletariat or whatever.

Overdoing obviously breeds backlash.

"Revisionism" is a vital part of any system that seeks to preserve itself. Would Porky even be alive today, had not capital revised itself continuously? Would you call the feedback loop of a control system bad because of "revisionism"?

whats wrong with corn?

its retarded

it is an extremely hard task to find the balance, though

revise too much in the wrong moment and you'll end up with shit

p sure a plant can't be retarded, kiddo

kek. open your eyes and smoke less weed my man…
I will be packing and go to the southern hemisphere soon. If i were you wouldn't stay on ANY european country precisely in the next 50 years.
